Great stay and hotel. Issue with the WiFi for over 24 hours, so the hotel gave us a room us to use WiFi in but did not move us to that room permanently so went back and forth when we needed WiFi. A little weird but only lasted a day. Location is right on the beach, away from clubs and very north so not for you if you are looking for that. Staff was great, valeted our car.

Fabulous hotel right on the beach The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s about 15 minutes to walk into town along the beach pathway. There’s parking for those who have a car. Unfortunately we were there when there were storms etc at the end of cyclone Alice so our weather was very poor but thankfully we were in a lovely hotel with great meals. We really wished that the sauna was working as the indoor pool was very cold so we didn’t use it. There are some great local restaurants behind the hotel.

The best hotel i have ever stayed. Choose all-inclusive option. The pool is spacious and the hotel ambiance is rather chill and relaxing, which I really liked. The staffs are very attentive. There's a drinking water station/purifier at every floor and you can refill the water bottle - this was the best part of the stay. Had an amazing time!! Highly recommended.

地點位置偏遠不近任何的公共交通工具 建議租車或者搭的士前往。 酒店環境舒適，有無邊際泳池 Spa雖然 $2000 60分鐘 但係10分高質舒服。 酒店食物質素非常好，喺酒店泳池叫咗壽司和果汁都好好。早上早餐亦都10分豐富。 退房之後仍然可以繼續享用酒店設施十分欣賞。 不過唯一不滿意的是在Trip.com訂房時顯示普通房，但到達後竟然提供了傷殘人士房。

Świetna lokalizacja. Uwielbiam wygodę popołudniowej imprezy w Ushuaia i Club Hi po drugiej stronie ulicy. Pokoje są nieco małe, ale do zaakceptowania. Imprezy w hotelu są niesamowite!

Great hotel! Staffs are very attentive and welcoming. Very sweet welcome treats in the room. The spa is quite nice but some parts can be a bit outdated. Overall positive experience and would visit again!

Hotel położony jest w spokojniejszej i cichszej okolicy. Idealne miejsce dla rodzin. Śniadanie jest bardzo dobrej jakości i oferuje duży wybór. Obsługa jest uważna i przyjazna. Dostaliśmy standardowy pokój, który nie oferował zbyt dobrego widoku, ale nie ma to większego znaczenia, czy spędza się więcej czasu przy basenie, czy na plaży.

This is a great all inclusive hotel and this means all drinks and ice creams and snacks during the day The only negative is it’s out of the way and a cab to old town will cost you around 20 Euro but very walkable to many of the clubs here and 10 min ride to airport which is handy They have several al carte restaurants but they can only be booked when you arrive and we found most days and times were already taken so this process can be improved but otherwise a very solid hotel for a few days in Ibiza any more the food options will get boring I feel

Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.
