Fantastic location and accommodation. Unfortunately, no lift only stairs. After hours no service /staff

Hotel bardzo dbał o swoich gości. Dwóch przedstawicieli gości dba o wszystkie potrzeby gości, było bardzo przychylnych i przekazało nam wiele informacji. Zarezerwowaliśmy elegancki pokój dwuosobowy na parterze, był bardzo czysty i funkcjonalnie urządzony. Niestety, nie było zbyt cicho ze względu na ulicę bezpośrednio przed nim. W pokoju często śmierdziało odpływem i było w jakiś sposób stęchlizny. Niestety obsługa w restauracji Ophelia momentami była naprawdę kiepska. Niektórzy pracownicy wydawali się zirytowani i nieprzyjazni. Często zdarzało się, że trzeba było długo czekać, zanim można było złożyć zamówienie. Podawanie jedzenia było pośpieszne i bezosobowe. Jakość jedzenia była w porządku, ale nie powyżej średniej. Sauna i sala fitness są dobrze wyposażone i bardzo czyste. Ścieżka do plaży jest krótka i jest wystarczająco dużo leżaków hotelowych. Lokalizacja jest również idealna do wycieczek po regionie.

The location is excellent, in the core area of the old port, early and rich, sitting on the balcony for breakfast, facing the Aegean, the most beautiful scenery of Hania in the eyes, the most positive happy moment,

Świetny hotel!!! Obsługa, pracownicy, basen, bufet, wszystko było super! Naprawdę niesamowite przeżycie, zatrzymaliśmy się w różnych hotelach na Krecie i ten zdecydowanie wyróżnia się na tle innych. Chania oddalona jest o 30 minut, a Balos o 1 godzinę. Jedynym małym minusem jest jakość kawy z ekspresów w restauracjach, ale można ją kupić w różnych barach i otrzymać kawę dobrej jakości :) Podobnie jest z wyborem koktajli bezalkoholowych, którego wybór jest nieco ograniczony. Ale nic dramatycznego, w dużej mierze wzmocnione przez wszystko inne!!! Dziękujemy zespołom za życzliwość i profesjonalizm! Na pewno wrócimy! ❤️🙏🏻

The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

Wygodny był pakiet all-inclusive, ale, jak się spodziewałem, jedzenie było nudne. Nie widziałem ani jednej krewetki. Wybór owoców był zróżnicowany. Mimo to, bawiłem się w wodzie i korzystałem z wycieczki z hotelowym biurem podróży, więc czas minął mi błyskawicznie i było wspaniale! Pokój był czysty i zadbany, a obsługa w restauracji bardzo miła! Wzięliśmy taksówkę poleconą przez hotel. Przejazd z lotniska do hotelu kosztował 45 euro!

Good Breakfast. Very clean. But I wouldn’t stay again. Everything is charged extra. Did not use the spa

Beautiful hotel and food but far from town so you need a car or to pay for taxis.
