Good location, not so far to the rainbow street. Small supermarket is nearby located. Silent place, good breakfast, laundry. The early check in is available The view from the first floor was not the same as announced. Water bottom in toilet need be repaired. There is no toothbrush and paste in the room

I’m glad that I made a great choice between all the big hotel brands in Amman. Ritz Carlton is still very new, beautiful and elegant. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, elegant marble bathroom. Breakfast comes with excellent choices and quality. Needless to say the impeccable service from the hotel staff.

Nie tylko zorganizowała nam wczesne zameldowanie, ale także hojnie podniosła standard naszego pokoju i zadbała o to, aby wszystkie trzy pokoje znajdowały się na tym samym piętrze, co było niezwykle wygodne dla naszej grupy. Hotel szczyci się doskonałą lokalizacją – w odległości spaceru od licznych restauracji i supermarketów, idealną zarówno do spożywania posiłków, jak i zaspokajania codziennych potrzeb. Pokoje są nowoczesne i dobrze wyposażone, z inteligentnym oświetleniem i automatycznymi zasłonami, które dodają odrobinę luksusu. Śniadanie było różnorodne i pyszne, oferując doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny. Ten hotel to idealny wybór zarówno na krótkie podróże służbowe, jak i pobyty wypoczynkowe. The hotel is amazing , very clean everywhere , I disliked that they don’t have reserved areas for smokers everybody smokes anywhere they feel is a good spot for it , not thinking in people that we don’t smoke including little kids , it will be nice if they enforce smokers to smoke on designated areas and not inside restaurants and bars , I ate at 5 de mayo restaurant ( as a good Mexican lol ) not well convenced that I was going to find good Mexican food , I was wrong I gave my congratulations to the stuff and chef the food was amazing and so the drinks , I drank a Paloma a typical Mexican drink base with tequila , squirt ,grapefruit juice , lime juice over salty ring glass , Tequila used on my drinks was Don Julio , All stuff from valet parking to receptionists and in general were super friendly I definably recommend this hotel if you are visiting Amman Jordan or

My stay at Crowne Plaza Amman in the Standard Room was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly courteous and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and offered a great way to unwind after a busy day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would definitely stay here again during future visits to Amman.

Mr Mamdouh and Mr odai was very helpful and supportive. Literally when I go back to this hotel if because of those 2 persons. Also all the stuff was nice. Hotel was super calm and clean. Food is delicious.

The hotel is little bit old and the AC is not working well even when I asked for maintenance check they told me that this is the best it can get so I would not recommend it as u could not have a good sleep while the room was too warm for me

El hotel estaba fenomenal, las habitaciones eran muy grandes y limpias, la cama era de lo más cómoda. El servicio de la piscina no podía ser mejor, y la comida del hotel buenísima, el bar de la terraza estaba fenomenal, 100% recomendado. Volvería con los ojos cerrados. Los findes hacen fiestas en la piscina por el día, tanto para niños como para adultos, con Dj incluido. Y con mucha seguridad, por lo que te sientes como en casa.
