„Excellent stay. Stayed there before alone and now returned with a spouse. Location is very central in gangnam. Hotel itself is well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast is more than enough for any taste or cultural preference. The only downside, lobby is always empty, so is the restaurant and bat at the lobby.”

„O mój Boże, mam takie dobre wrażenie na Silli! Cena za Fairmont była zbyt oburzająca, ale kiedy zobaczyłem, że cena w Shilla jest rozsądna, szybko ją zarezerwowałem. Na początku obawiałam się, że pokój będzie przestarzały, jeśli dekoracja będzie trwała zbyt długo, ale okazało się, że zniknęło całkowicie. Łóżko było tak wygodne, że naprawdę mogłam spać 12 godzin. Możesz bezpośrednio zobaczyć wieżę Nanshan, możesz zobaczyć wschody i zachody słońca, widok jest bardzo dobry. Cały hotel przypomina wyższą klasę w koreańskich dramatach. Atmosfera jest świetna. Wszyscy kelnerzy są doskonale ubrani i bardzo uprzejmi! Cała obsługa odbywa się z uśmiechem i skinieniem głowy, wszystkie 100 punktów ~ przypomina mi koreański dramat „Rezerwacja hotelu”, który oglądałem, gdy byłem dzieckiem! Siłownia jest również świetna. W środku są profesjonalni trenerzy, a obsługa jest nadal na miejscu i troskliwa! Niestety, aby dopasować się do harmonogramu moich znajomych, którzy latali gołębiami, przesiadłem się na lot międzykontynentalny i szkoda było stracić dzień wrażeń w Silli!”

„I stayed here for a night out in Seoul with a close friends from high school, and his wife meeting up in Asia. As always, when staying at the Grand Hyatt, you end up not having a “night out” but rather a “night in” because the amenities at the hotel are spectacular. The live band in the lobby bar, the pool turned into the Girbaud ice skating rink, amazingly cooked steakhouse, the indoor pool, etc etc. We had a great night, and once again, when staying at any Grand Hyatt, you never know who you’ll run into. On this occasion, we had run into solo artist/actor Mr Henry Lau, also from Super Junior, and was he was not only kind enough to take a quick photo with my friend’s wife, but I messed up the photo—and after learning I had bumbled the photo during her opportunity to meet one of her k-pop idols—was willing to take another entire series of photos. The staff ended up helping me with a medical emergency in the middle of the night and stayed very calm during the entire process. Which I will also report to the company directly. When traveling to Korea—Seoul, Jeju, etc. and anywhere abroad I often stay at the Grand Hyatt in the King Corner Suite. Such a beautiful room, but on this occasion it was just a normal King River view on 9F. A bit small for 3 people, but they made a sofa bed for me while I gave the couple the bed since I only grabbed the room for us (me) for a few hours before I head back to Wuhan—allowing my friends to enjoy the hotel to themselves after I departed. Easy checkout process for them. It was very nice. Will definitely be back. Grand Hyatt ＜3 !”

„Obsługa była niesamowita, ciepło przywitana przez cały personel! Nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z czystością, poza dziwnym zapachem w łazience, ale sprzątaczki szybko się tym zajęły. Mieliśmy szczęście, że mieliśmy dobry widok z pokoju i że podczas mojego pobytu spadł śnieg. Jedzenie i desery były idealne. W lobby znajdował się kantor wymiany walut, który nie akceptował kart zagranicznych. Lokalizacja: 15 minut spacerem do stacji, a Airport Express zatrzymuje się tuż przy hotelu. Wystarczy zapłacić kierowcy. Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, około 1,5 godziny do lotniska Incheon.”

„Not a bad hotel. The most convenient thing about it is the 24-hour CU (convenience store), whose staff are always friendly and polite. Now I have to mention the downsides, which, to be honest, I wasn’t prepared for at all. The first and main drawback is that I was supposed to get an Executive class room. However, instead, I stayed in a Deluxe class room. Let me clarify right away: I had previously stayed at the Swiss Grand Hotel under the Play&Stay package, which means I didn’t know what room category I would be given until the very end. To make things easier for me and avoid having to check out and check back in, they gave me one standard room for the entire stay. You can imagine my surprise when I found out that my new friend, who also checked in under Play&Stay for the same dates as me, was given an Executive class room – even though she checked in later. So basically, I could have been staying in better conditions. When I received my voucher from Trip.com and saw that it listed a room like my friend’s – nothing like what I actually got – I went to the front desk. The administrator just smiled and shrugged. All he said was, 'You agreed to stay in that room.' Yes, I agreed, but no one told me about any alternatives at check-in… And the situation was NOT resolved at all. That said, I can’t say the conditions in the Deluxe Room were bad (otherwise I wouldn’t have let it slide). It was quite cozy, spacious, and overall pleasant to stay in. That said, one day, the person in charge of housekeeping apparently decided I didn’t need to take a shower, so they removed the shower gel container for a whole day (luckily, I had brought travel-sized ones with me, even though I had hoped I wouldn’t need them). Other than that, everything was fine, and even that somewhat questionable attitude from the staff didn’t ruin my vacation.”

„Been staying at this hotel whenever travelling to Seoul. Their level of standard in terms of hospitality and cleaniness has been impeccable. The location is superb being next to Myeongdong, Subway, and connecting to Lotte Department Store with supermarket/food court.”

„We stayed with my friend in October. Good location, near the mall, not far from Hangang. Excellent service, we asked for higher floor and get 36 which was really cool view to Seoul and Namsan Tower. Room was great, we ordered with twin beds, there also were everything for comfort stay. During the cleaning sometimes we didn’t get coffee capsules, but it’s okay. There was a separate entrance which also was convenient for going straight to elevator.”
