„Been staying at this hotel whenever travelling to Seoul. Their level of standard in terms of hospitality and cleaniness has been impeccable. The location is superb being next to Myeongdong, Subway, and connecting to Lotte Department Store with supermarket/food court.”

„Not a bad hotel. The most convenient thing about it is the 24-hour CU (convenience store), whose staff are always friendly and polite. Now I have to mention the downsides, which, to be honest, I wasn’t prepared for at all. The first and main drawback is that I was supposed to get an Executive class room. However, instead, I stayed in a Deluxe class room. Let me clarify right away: I had previously stayed at the Swiss Grand Hotel under the Play&Stay package, which means I didn’t know what room category I would be given until the very end. To make things easier for me and avoid having to check out and check back in, they gave me one standard room for the entire stay. You can imagine my surprise when I found out that my new friend, who also checked in under Play&Stay for the same dates as me, was given an Executive class room – even though she checked in later. So basically, I could have been staying in better conditions. When I received my voucher from Trip.com and saw that it listed a room like my friend’s – nothing like what I actually got – I went to the front desk. The administrator just smiled and shrugged. All he said was, 'You agreed to stay in that room.' Yes, I agreed, but no one told me about any alternatives at check-in… And the situation was NOT resolved at all. That said, I can’t say the conditions in the Deluxe Room were bad (otherwise I wouldn’t have let it slide). It was quite cozy, spacious, and overall pleasant to stay in. That said, one day, the person in charge of housekeeping apparently decided I didn’t need to take a shower, so they removed the shower gel container for a whole day (luckily, I had brought travel-sized ones with me, even though I had hoped I wouldn’t need them). Other than that, everything was fine, and even that somewhat questionable attitude from the staff didn’t ruin my vacation.”

„The hotel is very nice with a great gym and pool for swimming. The location is pretty remote and it takes you 30 min by foot to next subway station. There is an airport shuttle bus, where you also can reach the subway but this bus only operates until 3pm which is pretty early ending. The hotel has several restaurants, serving different styles of food, but it’s pretty expensive. The room interior is a bit aged already with lots of scars, so I don’t think it’s worth the equivalent of 200 dollar per night. But I liked that the room had a washing machine!”

„The hotel room with Lotte Tower is so good! Can see sunrise starting and the city view is amazing! We have enjoyed the stay with bathtub in the room, great amenities and early check in per request helped us so much, as we just did vision correction surgery nearby! 10/10!”

Mieliśmy szczęście, że mieliśmy dobry widok z pokoju i że podczas mojego pobytu spadł śnieg. Jedzenie i desery były idealne. W lobby znajdował się kantor wymiany walut, który nie akceptował kart zagranicznych. Lokalizacja: 15 minut spacerem do stacji, a Airport Express zatrzymuje się tuż przy hotelu. Wystarczy zapłacić kierowcy. Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, około 1,5 godziny do lotniska Incheon.”

The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, from check-in to check-out, and were responsive whenever assistance was needed. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. Facilities were well-kept, and the hotel offered good value for money compared to similar options in the area. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit.”

„Pokój jest bardzo przytulny, cichy i czysty. Wszystkie przybory są wymieniane na nowe codziennie po sprzątaniu. Codziennie w pokoju znajdują się jednorazowe kapcie, należy jednak zabrać ze sobą własną szczoteczkę i pastę do zębów. Jest bardzo blisko stacji metra Longshan i jest bardzo wygodny w podróży.”

„I stayed here for a night out in Seoul with a close friends from high school, and his wife meeting up in Asia. As always, when staying at the Grand Hyatt, you end up not having a “night out” but rather a “night in” because the amenities at the hotel are spectacular. The live band in the lobby bar, the pool turned into the Girbaud ice skating rink, amazingly cooked steakhouse, the indoor pool, etc etc. We had a great night, and once again, when staying at any Grand Hyatt, you never know who you’ll run into. On this occasion, we had run into solo artist/actor Mr Henry Lau, also from Super Junior, and was he was not only kind enough to take a quick photo with my friend’s wife, but I messed up the photo—and after learning I had bumbled the photo during her opportunity to meet one of her k-pop idols—was willing to take another entire series of photos. The staff ended up helping me with a medical emergency in the middle of the night and stayed very calm during the entire process. Which I will also report to the company directly. When traveling to Korea—Seoul, Jeju, etc. and anywhere abroad I often stay at the Grand Hyatt in the King Corner Suite. Such a beautiful room, but on this occasion it was just a normal King River view on 9F. A bit small for 3 people, but they made a sofa bed for me while I gave the couple the bed since I only grabbed the room for us (me) for a few hours before I head back to Wuhan—allowing my friends to enjoy the hotel to themselves after I departed. Easy checkout process for them. It was very nice. Will definitely be back. Grand Hyatt ＜3 !”
