The hotel is great and good spot for shopping around the area as well as the location is good to go around to other places too. Hotel staffs at lobby are friendly and helpful, even the staff standing at outside the lobby are very attentive and kind too. We whole family are having such a good time and will be back soon to visit again. Thank you to all the staff's for your assistance and making our holidays memorable during our stay there.

Hotel był świetny pod wieloma względami - lokalizacja tuż przy stacji City Hall - entuzjastyczni, pomocni bagażowi, którzy wykazywali inicjatywę, aby pomóc - bardzo czyste pokoje, duża łazienka - widok na City Hall z mojego pokoju był świetny - mój pokój nie miał wystarczająco dużo miejsca, aby otworzyć torby bagażowe na podłodze, chyba że odsuniesz ciężkie krzesła Była tylko jedna rzecz, której nie mogłem zrozumieć. Przybyłem do hotelu około 14:50. Powiedziano mi, że godzina zameldowania to 15:00. Pomyślałem więc, że może najpierw możemy dokonać rejestracji, ale odebrać klucze o 15:00, co robią inne hotele, gdy przybywam wcześniej niż godzina zameldowania. Ale powiedziano mi, że mogą rozpocząć przetwarzanie rejestracji dopiero o 15:00. Kiedy wymeldowaliśmy się w sylwestra, hotel był w pełni zarezerwowany, więc nie mogli pozwolić nam na późniejsze wymeldowanie nawet o godzinę. Ale to mogę zrozumieć.

Providing emotional experience, luxury services. How they put in the effort to go the extra mile for their guests. My mini bar was not closed after housekeeping was done as I left before they came to tidy the room. And I raise as a concern. They were very fast to check and assured me that they make sure the minibar would be properly closed. And even offered me a choice of my - wine, cheese platter or fruits of my choice and to send to my room. I didn’t request for it as I was just genuinely raising a concern. One of the team even remembered my last name and greeted me when I was heading out. I had a wonderful stay. It’s not in the popular area but it’s beside Lotte mall. And London Museum Bagel and Blue Bottle is in the mall. But it’s good because it’s not crowded, peaceful.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Mój pokój był czysty, wygodny i w pełni wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzebowałem. Dostępność była doskonała, ułatwiając przemieszczanie się w mieście. Urocza bonusem była codzienna komplementarna kawa, herbata i lody Häagen-Dazs tak myśląca dotyk, że moje pobyt jeszcze bardziej przyjemny.Ogólnie miałem wspaniałe doświadczenie i bardzo polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto odwiedza Seul. Z pewnością znów tu zostanę!

I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the consistently warm and welcoming atmosphere I experience each time I visit your hotel. The staff, in particular, has always made a positive impression, offering an exceptional level of service that truly enhances my stay. However, I would like to bring to attention a concern that I encountered during my most recent visit. While the majority of the team exhibits exemplary professionalism and courtesy, I did notice that a few individuals seemed to approach their roles with a sense of authority that bordered on rigidity. It appeared that, at times, their position was interpreted as a form of power or entitlement rather than a service-oriented responsibility. As a guest, I believe that the true role of a hotelier is to serve and assist, regardless of one's title or position. The spirit of hospitality, in my view, lies in creating an environment where guests feel valued and respected, without the presence of any sense of hierarchy or authority overshadowing the experience.

I want to say a very big thank you to Sunny from Concierge for helping me on my 1st day when I checked into the hotel. It’s a very beautiful hotel with superb rooms and they are really meticulous when it comes to taking care of guests. It’s this lovely experience that makes me want to go back to korea and stay again! Keep up the great work!

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were very helpful! The hotel’s location right by the foot of Bukhansan National Park is great and allows for easy and quick access to hiking trails in that part of the national park. Very easy to get to the hotel by subway! Bed was super comfortable and gorgeous, spacious and clean sauna, pools at different temperatures and swimming pool facilities. Perfect after a day’s hiking! I’d come back for sure!

JW is 5 star because of excellent assistance and service from the Conceirge to bellboy! Oliver recommended and assisted us to book a nice dinner venue for my family at Seokparang. He even initiated to assist me in booking a cab. Mason helped us with the luggage. He even took initiative to ask us for our airport transfer car plate number so he can keep a lookout for us. He even initiated to ask us to sit inside the hotel lobby while he kept a lookout for us. As he understood we are rushing to catch the flight, he even helped us to translate to the cab uncle to hurry for us. All of them speak fluent English, are very warm hearted and takes initiative in offering excellent service with genuine smiles. Our hearts are deeply grateful to them. 5 star 🌟 because of them. 4 star for the rooms don’t have Netflix. It would be great if the family can gather over Netflix entertainment. Small issue though as the service more than cover up for everything! :) We were offered a nice river view which was romantic! Very clean hotel. Location is excellent as train station and direct bus airport limousine is just by the hotel. Great connectivity. Will definitely revisit this hotel again.

I stayed here for a night out in Seoul with a close friends from high school, and his wife meeting up in Asia. As always, when staying at the Grand Hyatt, you end up not having a “night out” but rather a “night in” because the amenities at the hotel are spectacular. The live band in the lobby bar, the pool turned into the Girbaud ice skating rink, amazingly cooked steakhouse, the indoor pool, etc etc. We had a great night, and once again, when staying at any Grand Hyatt, you never know who you’ll run into. On this occasion, we had run into solo artist/actor Mr Henry Lau, also from Super Junior, and was he was not only kind enough to take a quick photo with my friend’s wife, but I messed up the photo—and after learning I had bumbled the photo during her opportunity to meet one of her k-pop idols—was willing to take another entire series of photos. The staff ended up helping me with a medical emergency in the middle of the night and stayed very calm during the entire process. Which I will also report to the company directly. When traveling to Korea—Seoul, Jeju, etc. and anywhere abroad I often stay at the Grand Hyatt in the King Corner Suite. Such a beautiful room, but on this occasion it was just a normal King River view on 9F. A bit small for 3 people, but they made a sofa bed for me while I gave the couple the bed since I only grabbed the room for us (me) for a few hours before I head back to Wuhan—allowing my friends to enjoy the hotel to themselves after I departed. Easy checkout process for them. It was very nice. Will definitely be back. Grand Hyatt ＜3 !

Not a bad hotel. The most convenient thing about it is the 24-hour CU (convenience store), whose staff are always friendly and polite. Now I have to mention the downsides, which, to be honest, I wasn’t prepared for at all. The first and main drawback is that I was supposed to get an Executive class room. However, instead, I stayed in a Deluxe class room. Let me clarify right away: I had previously stayed at the Swiss Grand Hotel under the Play&Stay package, which means I didn’t know what room category I would be given until the very end. To make things easier for me and avoid having to check out and check back in, they gave me one standard room for the entire stay. You can imagine my surprise when I found out that my new friend, who also checked in under Play&Stay for the same dates as me, was given an Executive class room – even though she checked in later. So basically, I could have been staying in better conditions. When I received my voucher from Trip.com and saw that it listed a room like my friend’s – nothing like what I actually got – I went to the front desk. The administrator just smiled and shrugged. All he said was, 'You agreed to stay in that room.' Yes, I agreed, but no one told me about any alternatives at check-in… And the situation was NOT resolved at all. That said, I can’t say the conditions in the Deluxe Room were bad (otherwise I wouldn’t have let it slide). It was quite cozy, spacious, and overall pleasant to stay in. That said, one day, the person in charge of housekeeping apparently decided I didn’t need to take a shower, so they removed the shower gel container for a whole day (luckily, I had brought travel-sized ones with me, even though I had hoped I wouldn’t need them). Other than that, everything was fine, and even that somewhat questionable attitude from the staff didn’t ruin my vacation.
