We had an unexpected emergency during our stay: our child was accidentally scalded by hot water in the restaurant. Manager KF reacted immediately and took incredible care of us. She calmly arranged a car to take us to the hospital, comforted our child throughout the whole process, and followed up closely to make sure we were okay. We were also touched by her thoughtful little gift for our child. Her kindness, professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. Although we have stayed here many times before, this check-in was quite hectic and unexpected. We had booked a Club Room King, but upon arrival, we was informed the room category was fully booked. However, the situation was handled exceptionally well. The team found an alternative room for us and offered a room rate discount as a gesture of goodwill and compensation for the error. Was a nice hotel. Upon arrival it was hectic due to the amount of people checking in all at once, but overall was handled okay. Breakfast was included, but they need to work on this and have a bigger selection of food items. Basically, most items that should have been hot were cold. Was at a good location in Jomtiem. Is a bit far from Pattaya city, but not an issue and one can easily hop on and off the baht bus for 10 baht, or 20 baht for a longer journey into Pattaya city and Walking Street.
