"The photos do not correspond to reality archaic and noisy swimming pool aesthetic but not maintained bad food. Mini bar empty room! Too complicated for elderly people to pack suitcases because you have to deal with them alone. Very dirty exterior plastic bottle, glass bottle, packaging in plantations. The staff are really unprofessional dressed in bathroom tracksuits. Establishment to avoid 👎 Gilles"

"Amazing villa. Breathtaking view. Incredible host! We stayed at naxos rock villas as a family of 4 for 5 nights in early October. The experience was wonderful. Spyros was an excellent host. He checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions we had about the villa and naxos. They kept the fridge stocked with great breakfast options. I highly recommend. We will return!!"

"To jest magiczne miejsce. Najlepsze śniadanie, wygodne pokoje, regularne sprzątanie, doskonała jedzenia w restauracji, ale głównym centrum atrakcji hotelu jest wspaniały basen z wygodnymi i pięknymi łożami i łóżkami, które zawsze są w doskonałym stanie. Większość plus basenu jego głębokość (maks. 2,94 metra!!!) jest bardzo rzadka, gdy można nurkować w basenie otoczenia. Jednak najważniejsze jest to, co uważam za zaletę hotelu jego personelu. Chcielibyśmy z całej duszy podziękować Krisowi za osobiste podejście i poprawę naszego doświadczenia w Lianos. Jedyną różnicą jest to, że hotel jest nieco oddalony od podstawowej infrastruktury gios Prokopios, ale wybraliśmy właśnie taką opcję, aby odpocząć spokojnie i samotnie."

"We loved this hotel! I stayed with 2 of my children in one room and my adult son stayed in another room with his girlfriend. We stayed for 5 days in July 24. The family that run this hotel are such lovely welcoming people. I especially liked Apolstolis (sorry if that’s spelt wrong) he was so helpful and great serving me wine at the bar. The room is a little dated but very clean, comfortable and with great air conditioning. Also has a small kitchenette. The pool area is beautiful with fabulous padded comfortable sun loungers. Buffet breakfast was available each day with plenty of choice for all tastes. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for families."

"Visited with young adults. We rented a car to go around Naxos. That’s very convenient to get to this place. Loved the hotel. Anna was super helpful at the front desk. Lot of suggestions. She set us up with 2 great dinners at Avaton and Caya. Got us premier seating at both places. Breakfast is phenomenal. Everything home made. Very friendly staff. Apartment is nice. We had the corner unit and it can really sleep 9 people. Very private pool and balcony. Views of Aegean Sea are great. I would stay here again."

"Zatrzymałyśmy się w cudownym hotelu Johna i Maryi przez 5 nocy i ich gościnność była super. Rozpoczęła się od Johna zbierając nas z lotniska i przez cały nasz pobyt uczynili wszystko bez szwu. Pokój był naprawdę piękny, basen był wspaniały i jak wcześniej wspomniano wielu jedzenia było super."

"Where to start. I was already dreading our arrival at this hotel because 2 weeks before I was seeing increasingly negative reviews. I alerted Leclerc Voyage who contacted Heliade who replied no, no worries, everything is under control. Well, when you arrive, as other comments say so well, it's an apocalypse, it's an old Romanian youth hostel from the 80s, etc. Naxos hotel palace is a palace in name only. The rooms are dirty, dilapidated, noisy. . The shutters are rotten, the shower gel or soap holders are rusty and poorly secured. The toilet bowl is full of dirt (ps: remember to put baking soda and white vinegar in your suitcase, that helps). I should have brought my toolbox for repairing the toilet seat. The shower is dirty, the door to close the shower was installed by a butcher but certainly by a carpenter for sure. The outdoor furniture is rusty (this is very important, don't forget your tetanus vaccine) and the varnish of the chairs is like the stars of the hotel, it is gone. The soundproofing is non-existent. I knew exactly what the neighbor in the room was doing. I heard him pissing then flushing the toilet, moving the chairs, listening to his music in the shower. In short, I can trace his schedule for the night with precision. That's it for the bedroom part and I must forget some. Then the catering Magnificent or even exceptional no no I'm kidding Like the hotel the catering is lousy we eat better in the school canteen. Waiters would rather watch social media or have their hands in their pockets than clear the tables. The exterior The swimming pool is clean but then the pipes at the edge of the swimming pool do not make you want to drink the cup. The deplorable parasols with holes in the straw. The deckchairs are in good condition compared to the hotel but on the other hand you will have to jostle to get one. Or since you have had the chance to spend a sleepless night, go ahead and reserve your deckchair during the night, it will keep you busy . Oh yes I forgot if you are lucky enough to be on the road side then that will be bliss because you will be able to count the number of cars, motorbikes etc... which will pass throughout the night. So on the other hand a big advantage is that you have a bus stop right in front of the hotel so it will be very very easy for you to escape this place. Okay, I'm going to stop there but I'm sure I'm forgetting things. In short, you will have understood that I do not recommend this hotel to you and especially did not believe the exceptional, magnificent, grandiose reviews etc.... It must be the staff of the establishment who are doing this to raise the bill. we suggest you change hotels before booking otherwise too bad for you. and above all GOOD LUCK."

"Absolutely horrible customer service! I sent my clients to this hotel as part of a tour of Greece that I put together for them. They were booked in the Seaview Suite and upon arrival in the room found that the room was infested with bugs. They immediately asked for their room to be changed and the hotel moved them but to a regular room with no view like they paid for. When they asked about a refund they were told to talk to their travel agent. When we contacted the hotel they blew us off and said it was your clients choice to change rooms and we will not refund anything. So I guess my clients choice was to sleep in a bug infested room or settle for something much less than what they paid for. We do a lot of travel for clients to Greece and this hotel will never be recommended by our agency. We pride ourselves on providing our clients a memorable vacation and apparently this hotel could care less about their guests!"

"We arrived at the beginning of the season and were greeted by John the greek owner who was most cordial and helpful. The location, high on a hill near town, is absolutely stupendous with views of both town and of the beaches. Each villa has it's own swimming pool. All the villas are brand new with modern design and fixtures. We spent five days touring the Island and kept thinking that we had lucked into the very best place to stay on Naxos. If you can stay here you will be lucky!"

"Absolutely amazing stay this hotel was welcoming from the time we arrived to the time we left. The rooms were huge we had a pool view and it was fantastic they were so quiet and dark. The pool was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was provided- eggs, bread, cereal, pastries, water cooler and juice. Great coffee machine. It was a 20 minute lazy stroll into the nearest town which had great beach, restaurants, bars and everything you could need. And a 10 to 15 min taxi ride to Chora and ferry port. Bus travel also available .100% recommend this hotel"

"Wspaniałe miejsce do pobytu i chcemy wrócić! Ten mały hotel rodzinny jest marzeniem znaleźć. Rodzina jest ciepła i przyjemna, gdzie nic nie jest zbyt wiele kłopotów. Śniadanie’s są ogromne i pełne różnorodności ustawienia na dzień przed nami. Niespodziewanie czyste w całym kraju. "Hotel is abit dated and needs an upgrade. Disappointed with the standard considering the price. Staff are very friendly. Pool area is quiet and relaxed. Sunloungers are basic and there is an additional charge to rent pool towels. Additional charge to get the key to use the safe in your room. The hotel is very strict about not leaving your key in the room/wall (the socket is a specific size and requires your actual room key not a card) which means a/c is off when not in the room so room gets very hot and uncomfortable."
