"As this hotel seems to be geared mainly toward group tourists, the breakfast was exactly the same every day during my 3-night stay. I stayed in Room 150 for three nights, and I could not sleep properly because of the streetlight outside. The blackout curtains did not fully close, allowing light to enter the room as shown in the photo below. For a short stay of one or two nights, this may not be a major issue. However, for guests staying longer than two nights, I would not recommend this hotel. Other than the view, I did not feel particularly comfortable or well-rested during my stay."

"I stayed here in downtown Kazbegi for 3 nites. I got a big room with a sitting room & balcony for 1/3 of what Rooms Hotel was charging. This hotel has a winery, & their wine shop provides free glasses of wine for guests. I was a little surprised there is no AC in this modern hotel. The breakfast included the offer of omelettes & espresso etc. The restaurant has a nice covered outside balcony, tho’ I did not have dinner here. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was wonderful."

"You absolutely have to book the suite! The suite is the real deal—a two-story, triangular house, and it's absolutely fantastic. The proprietress is a gentle mother who handles her child very gracefully and is always polite (which is a welcome change from the usual 'battle-ready' faces you often see around here). It's definitely worth staying! And remember, when you're here, you absolutely must visit the back mountain—it's incredibly beautiful!!! (Trinity Church is across the way, and the back mountain offers a distant view of the snowy peaks.)"

"✅Liked · We booked a family room which had somehow happened to be only 5GBP costlier than the standard room, so why not. There was indoor swimming pool which had just the perfect temperature, so I loved it. The balcony at the front is shared with all other family rooms, so keep the curtains closed. The restaurant is great. The food at dinner, and for breakfast buffet was great as well. ❌Disliked · There is a pothole ridden road leading up to the hotel, no decent parking space and if you park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage entrance, you'll block off the whole road so have to quickly leave and park elsewhere. There is however a decent bit of space outside the hotel. Also, the hotel is at least 20 steps down and 50 steps away from the road you have to walk a tiny bit, but they have ramp to roll the luggage on. The family room skylight can't be blacked out. So, you are going to be woken up really early if the sun rises early. So, use eye mask to sleep. The family rooms were at -1 level, and there was no elevator, but they had a bell boy to help with the luggage. The swimming pool is small, but decent sized, so don't expect to be doing freestyle from end to end. It's more for the relaxing and looking out through the windows. There is also a sauna although the charge to use it is 70 lari for 1 hour for the whole sauna. Ridiculous."

"The guest house is located on a quiet street, and you can admire the stunning mountain views from the terrace. The hostess was very welcoming! The room was nice and clean, the beds were intact, and the linens were crisp. There's a currency exchange office and a café nearby. There's a kitchen, dishes, and tea and coffee. If you're traveling with family or with friends, stop by. I've attached a view from the terrace."
