"Excellent memories of our stays in May 2023 (duplex) and December 2023. Extremely friendly receptionist of Maghreb origin. BUT WE NEVER THINK OF COMING BACK because on May 8, 2024 we committed the sacrilege of parking for 5 minutes in the early afternoon in the enormous private car park - practically empty - without being a customer that day. The receptionist on duty - French I think, 190 cm, short brown hair - thought it necessary to chase my wife and me away in a bad manner, unbecoming of any establishment and even less of L'Olivier. He didn't care about being on the hotel's customer list. He confused his role as a hotel receptionist with that of a doorman at an innocuous nightclub, something for which he would not be useful either... He got the wrong address even though we were not customers that day. Tone makes music. And his tone was as inappropriate as it was unnecessary.
