„在綏德這個酒店確實第一，房間乾淨整潔，浴巾雪白，全屋智能化，酒店換了老闆，要比以前更好，早餐比以前豐盛，前台服務也比較好，在多一些微笑服務就更加好了，雖然在新區最南邊，但是每次到綏德還是入住這家酒店，比全季酒店好了幾個檔次，綏德最好的酒店，隔音不是太好，但是全面評價，這個酒店是最好的。”

„酒店鬧中取靜，位置很不錯。停車位緊張，需要運氣。保安給及時解決。前台有些生硬，服務行業，連個你好也不説。保潔很好。房間很乾凈，除了衞生間會有一些頭髮，其他很不錯。床單被罩很舒服。洗澡熱水很給力。不足之處，1、中央空調即使不開也響了一晚，設計者腦子壞了。2、牆上有很多污漬，竟然沒有處理，牆角不清楚是發黴還是裂紋。3、為了賣東西，居然沒有免費水，很奇葩。綏德的自來水味道很臭。4、投影儀不清楚，而且沒幾分鐘就自動關機了。”
