"The room was lawfully large, the bed great! The spa was good - especially the bubble pools! The fact that you could sun out and turn it with bath in the pool out or inside was fantastic! The food was for pleasure. The room was quiet at night and night time! Full body massage 50 min was worth the money every day of the week! I'm going to say something critical so the key card to the room door was traicionary! It just worked sometimes, but I got quick help and he who arranged it said they'd soon get a new system to the doors!"

"The hotel is on a lake with beautiful scenery. More like a homestay, there is basically no service, the bedding needs to be paid extra, you must contact the hotel in advance to prepare, otherwise you will not be able to use it if you arrive late. Late arrival time, you need to pick up the key in the key box at the entrance of the service center."

"Five months ago, we booked to stay on our way home to Särö from Åre. At 14.30, 30 minutes before our check in opened, we received a phone call that there’ll be a big party with DJ tonight so our sleep will be disturbed. No apology, just an offer of free cancellation. Being the Saturday of week 7 all hotels are fully booked in the region. When I asked why they didn’t give us more notice, I got the answer that they didn’t know how old our children are. I suggested we all need to sleep and that this was the entire purpose of the stay. Still no apology and simply reiterated that’s why they offer the refund. I’ve never before experienced such unacceptable behaviour by a hotel."

"Doskonała gościnność. Czyli pakiet rowerowy, który zawierał apartament z balkonem, rowerami, i trzy kursy obiad dziennie (i śniadanie). Żywność i wino parowanie były niesamowite - niespodziewane. Lokalne składniki, pyszne i dobrze prezentowane - elk ziemniaków pancake i palonego truskawki były świetne. Usługa nie mogła być pokonana. Pochodzące z Nowego Jorku, nie spodziewał się znaleźć tego wysokiej jakości żywności w wiejskiej Szwecji. Podobało sie na balkonu zobaczyć widok. Dziękuję!"
