"I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again."

"Although the location of the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, the room is very big and clean. The staffs were very helpful. Kathy gave us a great help at midnight, that she borrowed us a socket converter and helped us boiled a kettle of hot water. She is definitely the 5 stars staff."

"Zarezerwowałem pokój rodzinny. Kiedy przyjechaliśmy było zamarznięte, było problem z kotłem. Czy to wystarczająco uczciwe, że to się może zdarzyć... Kiedy wyciągnąłem ślepego, było mnóstwo martwych wapien, wziąłem trochę w bin. Ale widziałem na dywanie. Łazienka była cała kurczak i włosy zdecydowanie nie zostały oczyszczone basen prysznic był nierówny, co oznaczało, że podłoga była mydla. . Moja córka musiała ciągle dzwonić na recepcję, jak dziecko było zamrożone . W końcu zostały włożone do 2 oddzielnych pokoi . Które były moldy pokój 17 okno nie zamknęło się prawidłowo. I pokój 19 nie szklanki, ale kubki. Zarezerwowaliśmy tutaj, ponieważ to był uroczystość dla mojego brata, więc nie mielibyśmy wyboru. Mogę powiedzieć, że pracownicy byli mili i zrobili tam najlepiej."
