Bogor City Hotels with Pools

„Secara keseluruhan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini cukup baik. Pelayanannya ramah dan stafnya bersikap sopan kepada tamu. Namun dalam beberapa situasi terlihat bahwa ketika ada hal yang tidak mereka ketahui, kebingungannya cukup terlihat sehingga informasi yang diberikan kurang meyakinkan. Mungkin ke depannya bisa ditingkatkan lagi dari sisi pelatihan staf. Untuk fasilitas hotel secara umum tergolong lengkap, bersih, dan nyaman. Area kamar maupun fasilitas lainnya cukup terawat sehingga memberikan pengalaman menginap yang cukup menyenangkan. Namun ada beberapa catatan khusus untuk tipe kamar rooftop. Pada bagian kamar mandi, area toilet duduk terpisah dan tidak dilengkapi exhaust fan. Walaupun terdapat ventilasi, bau dari area tersebut masih cukup terasa sehingga agak mengganggu kenyamanan. Selain itu, fasilitas TV juga beberapa kali mengalami kendala karena koneksi WiFi yang sering gagal tersambung ke TV. Koneksi WiFi untuk penggunaan biasa juga terkadang mengalami gangguan atau galat. Hal lain yang perlu diperhatikan adalah pada bagian balkon kamar rooftop. Balkon tidak memiliki penutup seperti hordeng atau tirai sehingga terasa cukup terbuka. Selain itu, kedap suara kamar kurang optimal sehingga suara dari lapangan di luar masih cukup terdengar dari dalam kamar. Untuk akses menuju lokasi hotel, agak membingungkan karena tidak terdapat plang atau penanda hotel yang cukup jelas di area sekitar. Selain itu, petunjuk dari Google Maps juga sempat mengarahkan ke lokasi yang kurang tepat sehingga beberapa kali tersasar sebelum akhirnya menemukan hotelnya. Akan lebih membantu jika tersedia penanda yang lebih jelas di area sekitar. Terlepas dari beberapa kekurangan tersebut, secara umum hotel ini tetap nyaman untuk menginap. Dengan sedikit peningkatan pada fasilitas, konektivitas internet, serta penunjuk lokasi hotel, pengalaman menginap tentu bisa menjadi jauh lebih baik.”

„Location is strategic at Jalan Padjajaran Indah V which has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and lounges along the road. You will never have to travel far to get your coffee (Point Coffee, Starbucks and Tanmu), the famous Ibu Rahayu Soto, Japanese food (Sushi Matsu and Yujo) and evening drinks at the lounges nearby (Barcelona, Bulan Madu Brew, etc). Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym. Breakfast was good with all local and Western food. Will repeat my stay if I am in Bogor.”

„First time staying here and it was a good experience. We were booked a deluxe room and it was a good one. The room was super clean, the amenities are superb, the facilities worked well and the staffs are amazingly nice. It’s located in the central of the city and surrounded by a lot of good cafes and coffee shop. The breakfast is amazing! Definitely will come back again”

„Bigland Bogor, location is kinda hidden, 7/10. Price is affordable and worth the price, 8/10. Cleanliness is decent, 8/10. My biggest turn off was only the elevator/ lift, super slow and sort of not having a good system. The lift need to go down first, then pick up people from each floor. It has many lifts, but all of the are super slow, expect long queue durung peak season. In the one corridor there are 3 lift, the left one and the middle was connected, but the right one is not connected with the others, you have to press 2 button. Just ******* slow. Biggest turn off, saw people complaining the same thing since few years back but today still the same, the management is not learning.”

„This location and the food is this hotel is very amazing experience. I'll be recommended this hotel for everyone who will travel to the Bogor that love to walking around Kebon Raya. You can walk from the station and going to Kebon Raya. The rooftop is amazing place to take some pictures from the Salak Mountain. I love the breakfast ,the taste of the food is really delicious.”

„Plus: very comfortable place, there is hot water, clean room, clean pool, for cat lovers, there are many cats here, the surrounding area is not noisy, there is a rooftop, fast wifi. Minus: small private room, located in the middle of a housing complex so it is difficult to find restaurant nearby, food prices at the hotel are quite expensive, the pool is limited to 17.00 so you are not allowed to swim at night, no late check out is allowed without charge, I originally wanted to check out at 1 pm but it didn't happen because if you check out late you will be charged the price of 1 more room for Idr 200k”

„All were great, room spacious enough for 2 adults and 1 kid, breakfast with many choices, great location (quieter place), could be more useful if there's any hair dryer and face towel included in amenities.”
