"I came to Taishan and my friend booked this room for me. I'm very satisfied! The hotel is new, and the room design is cozy and comfortable. The most convenient part is that the room comes with a washing machine and a refrigerator. The laundry detergent smells great, and the cleaning staff are very nice. This hotel is definitely worth recommending!"

"Pros: This is a gorgeous hotel with an incredible breakfast selection every morning. I also loved spending time at their spacious coffee shop/lounge area, especially for afternoon tea. A huge bonus was the complimentary laundry facility on the second level w/ powdered detergent provided, which made it extremely convenient and helpful during my stay. The service was truly excellent. Everyone I interacted with - from reception to management to housekeeping — was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. My room was very spacious, comfortable, and for the most part, perfectly suited to my needs. I would absolutely consider staying here again based on these highlights alone. Cons: One of the biggest drawbacks is that smoking is still permitted indoors, which made the experience difficult for me. The combination of lingering smoke odors and humidity was noticeable, especially because the smell seems to cling to the carpeting. Unfortunately, this takes away from the luxury atmosphere the hotel appears to be aiming for. The carpeting on the second floor in particular feels like it is due for replacement. The humidity has also clearly affected parts of the building. I noticed areas where caulking appeared to have been repeatedly repaired, and there were spots in my bathroom where the caulking showed signs of mold, which made me a bit uncomfortable. My bathroom also lacked an additional external outlet for styling tools like my hair curler and handheld steamer, which felt like an oversight for a hotel of this caliber. There were also some dark marks on sections of the wallpaper, although housekeeping kindly showed me that they had already attempted to remove them and were unable to do so. Another area for improvement would be the lighting. The harsh yellow lighting created unflattering shadows, making it very difficult to apply makeup comfortably. Upgrading to more flattering, functional bathroom lighting would make a noticeable difference. Lastly, the gym is pretty sad. The space was unkept and the equipment is rusty. "

"I really like the geopark, this is my second time here. The hotel has been newly renovated, and the rooms are very spacious. We paid 128 for my child's admission ticket, and we didn't have to pay again for the extended stay, which was great. The front desk upgraded our room, which I really appreciate! The swimming pool is fantastic. Overall, it's a very good experience. The only downside is the breakfast; at 78 per person, there's not much variety, and it feels a bit overpriced. The security guards were quite impatient; they even complained about moving a cone and told guests not to park in the spots directly in front of the hotel. Despite that, I would still come back."

"The hotel is quite close to the Taicheng Historical and Cultural District, making it very convenient for transportation. It also has parking available, and the facilities are still new. The rooms are clean and tidy. On the third floor, there's a gym and a children's play area, which our kids absolutely loved and didn't want to leave! The second-floor restaurant is bright and comfortable, and while the variety of dishes isn't huge, the food is delicious. The late-night supper option is a big plus. Before check-in, they called to confirm our preferred theme for the room setup, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. However, I strongly suggest adding an option for twin-bed family rooms. While kids can sleep in the small tent, some are just used to sleeping in a proper bed, and a whole family squeezing into one bed really affects sleep quality."
