"Without any doubt I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed here for 5 days and it was just superb. The hotel is located in the traditional part of Taranto with a fantastic view of the harbour area which is literally across the road. It’s a short, easy 10 minute walk to the commercial side of town. The rooms are large, spacious and well equipped with everything you will need. A super comfortable bed and a super powered shower. The free mini bar was restocked daily. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant of the hotel is outstanding serving a great selection of Italian dishes, fresh fish and seafood at very reasonable prices. The is no ‘bar’ in the hotel but very attentive staff serve drinks promptly all day long to an outside area which overlooks the waterfront and tied up boats. Simply stunning! (and the local wine is very drinkable!) All staff are very friendly, attentive, professional and so very helpful. The atmosphere is so special. All respect to the staff and for the owner/manager Angelo, who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent Italian hospitality!"

"Zapłaciłem 360 euro za 2 noce w biurze podróży, widząc niesamowite zdjęcia na stronie internetowej i wierząc, że wszystkie pokoje mają balkon lub okno. Po przyjeździe bardzo miły pracownik poinformował mnie, że mój pokój znajduje się w drugim budynku, po przeciwnej stronie placu, ale zaskoczeniem było to, że nie miał balkonu, ani nawet okna z widokiem, a jedynie okno, które po otwarciu prowadziło do ciemnych schodów w sąsiednim budynku (zdjęcie). Nie było nawet krat zabezpieczających i każdy mógł wybić okno lub wejść do pokoju, jeśli zostawiło się je otwarte, aby trochę przewietrzyć. W rezultacie spędziłem 2 noce w pokoju bez naturalnego światła, który był bardzo czysty, ale przypominał „celę więzienną”. Byłem zmuszony do ciągłego korzystania z klimatyzacji, przez co marzłem. Spójrzcie na zdjęcia hotelu w małym nadmorskim miasteczku i wyobraźcie sobie, że oczekujecie przynajmniej pięknego widoku na plac lub morze, a dostajecie „celę więzienną” i to za horrendalną cenę 165 euro. Zakończeniem była rozmowa z „menedżerem” hotelu, który nie był ubrany w garnitur, lecz wyglądał jak „letni turysta na Hawajach” i powiedział mi w bardzo złym i prowokacyjnym tonie, że następnym razem, gdy tam pojadę, powinienem zapłacić więcej, aby dostać pokój z balkonem. ...Nawet nie przeprosił."

The waiters were very attentive and efficient and recommended creamy rice and two varieties of Bacalado with a different glass of wine for each choice...a success!!!! And then the desserts left us speechless!!! Unbeatable quality-price!!! I definitely recommend it."
