„When I walked into the hotel, I feel really great on the hotel decorations and smell good.
But after 5 seconds, once I have talked to the receptionist, I feel really bad and disappointed about this hotel. The receptionist talked to me in Chinese, despite she knowed that I'm a foreigner, and when I can't fully understand her, she sighed to me really hard. And still keep talked to me in Chinese very fast.
I don't think that the language is the problem. Her attitude to foreigner is a problem.
She shouted to me when I told her that I don't have Chinese mobile phone number, and she still keeped asking for the Chinese mobile phone number, and act likes I'm a terrorist. That's really bad. This shows that JI hotel is not ready to serve the foreigner guests, as the hotel did not provide enough training to their staff to deal with foreigner guests. That's the most disappointing for the big hotel likes JI hotel.”

環境：外部環境在馬路邊，但春節期間還算比較安靜。內部環境，應該是比較新的酒店，所有東西都相對比較新，乾乾淨淨的。內部房間比較多，如果不喜歡離電梯太遠，一定要提前説。
設施：整體都還可以。提2點：第一，電視機不能直接投屏，必須要下載樂視TV且付費才能投，很讓人不舒服。第二，健身房的器械比較新，適當的可以上點機油，用起來就會比較順。
服務：整體不錯。保安大哥們辛苦啦！”

I am not Chinese speaking, but they had tried to help for examples: calling the taxi, laundry room advice, and information about the attractions. My single room rate is very good and cheap. It is really worth the money.

„Our stay at the Shar Starry Sky Glamping camp in Karajun Grassland was a truly rejuvenating and luxurious experience! The camp is nestled in the core area of a World Natural Heritage site, offering breathtaking views. From our window, we could see vast grasslands and continuous snow-capped mountains – the scenery was absolutely stunning.
The starry dome we stayed in was incredibly impressive. It offered unobstructed panoramic views, allowing us to watch the grassland sunset right from our bed. At night, with no city light pollution, the Milky Way was clearly visible, and the provided telescope made stargazing super convenient – the kids absolutely loved it.
Both the owner and the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, responding 24/7. They even offered stargazing explanations. The camp provides excellent privacy, with ample space between each room, making it quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was rich and authentic, featuring traditional flatbread (nang) and fresh milk – the grassland cuisine was delicious. Away from the hustle and bustle, falling asleep under the stars and waking up to the view of snow-capped mountains – this is what a true luxury wilderness getaway should be. Highly recommended!”

Pokój jest bardzo czysty, leży i wygodny, a napoje dawane są również lokalnym specjalnym produktem, który jest bardzo dobry!! Jest dostępny i jest bardzo efektywny. W sezonie podróży w Singapunie, ruszanie 7800 hoteli, jest dużo bardziej efektywny niż tutaj. I usługi szefów nie można powiedzieć! Przyjechaliśmy o 12:00. Jeszcze nie zatrzymał się samochód. Szef wyszedł, czekając na bagaż, pokierunek parkingu, a potem zarejestrowaliśmy walizkę i przywiózł ją do drzwi! Następnego dnia miałem zostać na noc, a potem powiedziałem szefowi, że pokój został zarezerwowany następnego dnia, gdzie jeszcze można znaleźć miejsce, gdzie szef polecił nam mieszkanie swojego przyjaciela, nie jest tak blisko, a położenie jest tylko dwie drogi, więc przyniosę nam łyżki.
