"Excellent stay again this year. We have been coming for over 10 years and the quality is always the same. The hotel infrastructure is exceptional in the middle of the mountains with a dream spa. Everything is perfectly maintained with improvements from year to year. The rooms are very spacious with a sublime view of the open-air swimming pool (for those facing south) and the snow-capped mountains in the background. Both breakfast and evening meals are of high quality (with the possibility of choosing "à la carte" if the menu offered does not suit you). The service is lovely and very professional, especially Ugur at the spa restaurant; Kim for lunch on the terrace in the sun; and the team of young people at KaminBar... all are high-quality employees. Only small downside: sometimes a little too much noise in the restaurant with the screams of children (why not create an area reserved for adults?) and especially in the salt cave at the spa (a poster is really necessary to remind that this is a place of calm and meditation)."

Grzejne pływanie wewnątrz i na zewnątrz basen, gdzie komfortowo pływaliśmy bez czucia zimna nawet w -3 stopni, otwarty do 20: 00.Amazingly przyjazny i pomocny personel, pomagający nam z wszystkim, czego potrzebowaliśmy w dowolnym czasie dnia, a nawet przygotowali nas pakowane lunch jako Potrzebowaliśmy wyjazdu przed śniadaniem. One sprawiają, że czujesz się jak w domu. Pokoje są bardzo przytulne, czyste i idealne do pobytu w górach. Na pewno wrócimy wkrótce."
