Śniadanie jest mniej, a jadłem prawie dwie noce. Pokój jest czysty, a produkty łóżkowe są bardzo wygodne! Moraira, to miejsce jest warte kilka nocy."

"This property has great potential but it really let itself down. Some of the staff need training in hospitality! My room was lovely and clean - 5/5 to housekeeping - with great facilities and my room led straight onto the pool area. But it was dark - I had to use the torch on my phone to see inside the wardrobe. Check-in was 4pm (fair enough) and was a long wait from when we arrived. We did ask if there was anything they could do but they weren’t terribly forthcoming. We did have lunch there one day and the food was excellent. The pool area was neglected during our stay. Filthy sunbed cushions and the pool wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there. Used towels were not removed from the beds and glasses left on the tables. Taxis were challenging to get into town but it was fiesta time (that the staff didn’t know very much about !) First impression was great but lasting impression disappointment. As I was frequently told at school, must try harder!"

"We have stayed here many times. Lovely hotel but staff not that helpful. We stayed in an apartment for 10 nights and on the 7th night we were burgled but with no forced entry so probably an inside job, we had money, bags and phones stolen as there was no safe in the room we had nowhere safe to keep stuff. Manager at hotel very unhelpful and didn’t seem bothered at all we ask to be moved into the hotel as my son didn’t feel safe and they said we had to pay more money.!!! We won’t be staying again. Very disappointing 😤"

"This is our second stay at this lovely beach side hotel, we requested the same room and were delighted that they could accommodate our request, a junior suite with stunning sea views. Our room was very nice, simple decor with ample storage, decently priced mini bar and good coffee machine, whilst the bed was large and very comfy, the material of the quilt wasn’t to our liking, think thin polyester, however the crisp good quality sheets ensured a good night sleep. The bathroom had a good sized rainfall shower, nice toiletries, loads of storage and a ‘proper’ hairdryer. Housekeeping do a fabulous job of keeping the room and all public areas spotless and are so friendly. The breakfasts set you up for the day, loads of choice with quality ingredients, our favourites included: an extensive fruit platter, tomato and olive oil toast, omelettes and Greek yogurt with granola. The staff are all lovely, very welcoming. Our absolute hotel of choice when in Moraira, the views are stunning. We happened to be there when the Moraira triathlon occurred and had an amazing view of the swimming element from our balcony. Thank you LaSort, we had the best time, see you again! Highly recommended."
