"This is a family-friendly hotel with children. It has a water park and is popular with many international families with children. The rooms are large, and both bathrooms are also spacious. They even provide two large 1L bottles of water. The facilities are decent, not particularly new for the price. The balcony is huge with a sea view, but the room had a slight odor and was quite windy. You can open the room door for ventilation."

"Best 4 star hotel!! Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel. The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room. We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal. The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy. It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel. If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!"

"This is a really beautiful hotel with great amenities. The staff are fantastic - particularly the reception staff - Sebastian was very helpful as well as being welcoming and professional. The food was excellent- we ate in every night and not only e joyed the varied menu but also had fun with the staff. Matias, Virginia, Steffy, Chelsea and Christina made our dining experience so much mote enjoyable. We will definitely be returning."

"Just back from a lovely week at the Gloria Ízaro our first time there and we weren’t disappointed we requested a early check in and a low level room and both requests were delivered to us which we really needed after a early flight. I have to say that all the staff were so friendly and helpful with any request including renting a scooter for my wife. The rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade as you could see bits of the room had cracks holes etc but for what we needed it was fine. My only real complaint was the sun bed situation which I know is a common complaint in most hotels on arrival we were given a notice telling us that sun beds cannot be reserved and that towels would be removed but that is not the case as everyday that we went up to pool there wasn’t a sun bed available and on one occasion we counted at least 30 beds with towels on them but nobody on them. We used the large sun beds on the first level which were comfortable but just not near the pool and a few didn’t covers which did appear near end of week which was due to windy weather conditions so at least we had somewhere to enjoy the fantastic weather. Overall a lovely visit and would stay there again."

"Kolejny pobyt w tym wspaniałym hotelu. Posiłki mogły być trochę głośne, ale jedzenia było mnóstwo. Standardy sprzątania były doskonałe. Zespół animatorów był świetny, a moja córka była zachwycona Lucy i Martinem! Był tam ostatnim razem, więc była zachwycona, że znów go widzi! Zatrzymaliśmy się w pokoju 219 nad teatrem. Balkon był piękny i prywatny, a słońce świeciło przez całe popołudnie! Plaża tuż po drugiej stronie ulicy i mnóstwo sklepów i restauracji w pobliżu, jeśli masz ochotę na zmianę otoczenia. Na pewno wkrótce tam wrócimy!"

"This is a beautiful place to stay. It was our first time in Lanzarote; we hired a car as we'd intended to explore the island, but the hotel was so lovely we only ventured out on one day of our six-day trip. There are only 20 rooms, and we felt like we were staying in a large house with few people (in a good way!). There's much that is wonderful, and a few minor things that could be improved. The hotel and pool and grounds are beautiful, designer-led, thought-through and easy to use. There was some trouble with sun-shades while we were there - the wind was too strong for the sun-shades and was breaking them. This is obviously an issue that needs resolving, as despite the wind the sun was strong. The staff moved a sun umbrella for us, and were as helpful as possible and we were grateful for this. The pool is lovely, a real pleasure. It was cool and refreshing. Several days there were no pool towels available by the pool (the shelves were empty), and it would have been nice to be able to get a dry towel occasionally. The restaurant staff were attentive for drinks/lunch orders while you were relaxing by the pool. Our room was terrific - particularly the bathroom, a fantastic shower and lovely products - but the terrace was a real disappointment. It was very public and exposed, there was a sunbed but no table/chairs to sit and have a drink, and we spent no time there. The room was also warmer than was ideal despite the ceiling fan. If we return - which we hope to do - we would go for a room without a terrace and with air conditioning (some of the rooms have this). The bed was possibly the most comfortable I've ever encountered (I wish I'd asked for the brand of the mattress). Considering all this good, and the thought that has clearly gone into making the rooms so comfortable, the pillows were something of a mystery. They were incredibly soft and very lumpy and really out of keeping with everything else. Housekeeping was ok, but they forgot to leave coffee pods (which were brought when we asked, thanks for that), and then removed the two extra we'd been given the next day (which seemed oddly mean, given how generous the staff were); they forgot to leave pool towels; they moved some of our things for no reason at all. It would have been nice, in a beautiful place like this, to have had some kind of turn-down service, but there was none. But these are small points, and the room was lovely and a pleasure to occupy. Breakfast was wonderful - a great buffet, plus the option of cooked extras (mainly eggs). The omelettes were superb. There was an issue with flies on the buffet which needs resolving. It was a bit odd that you could order eggs benedict or a 'bikini' (ham and cheese toasted sandwich) but would be charged extra for these, though everything else was included. We didn't really understand the logic of this. But breakfast was a pleasure each morning. We had dinner in the restaurant each night. The staff were a delight, and although the menu wa"

"Nasza willa była doskonała. Poszliśmy do głównej części del Carmen i dostaliśmy taksówkę z powrotem € 3.50. Nasza willa była położona w uroczym, spokojnym miejscu ośrodka. Atmosfera była urocza, tak spokojna i przyjazna ludzie byli tak mile widziani i gotowi do pomocy. Przybyliśmy późno i poszliśmy do innego hotelu, jak miłosne wakacje powiedziało nam. Ten hotel zadzwonił do willi Alondra i Raul natychmiast przyszedł nas odebrać. Zabrał nas do naszej willi i był tak pomocny. Dom obsługujący personel był niesamowity i tak przyjazny. Recepcja była niesamowita, każdy pracownik był gotowy do pomocy - zamówić taksówkę- rekomendacje dla restauracji itp. Aplikacja, która ma aplikację jest wspaniałym sposobem komunikacji. Pokoje były fantastyczne tak przestronne ładunki przestrzenne również. Kuchnia była fantastyczne z wszystkimi urządzeniami. Geniusz posiada dwa łazienki i pralnię. Gimnazja była niesamowita, więc nowa i wszystkie maszyny były najwyższym standardem. Śniadanie było miłe, może kilka innych opcji można dodać. Wartość za pieniądze ’ Bardzo polecam wille. Miałeś taki umysł wychodził w dzień robiąc atrakcje i wiedząc, że masz salon słoneczny, aby wrócić do, bo basen był poza twoim drzwiami. A co drugi ranek przychodził do basenu, żeby oczyścić basen. Był też bardzo miły."

"We wanted a peaceful area to rest, relax & get a good nights sleep for 12 days so delighted we choose Hyde Park Lane villas we got all that & more. We had our own private pool so no stress for sunbeds, every second day the cleaners came and also the pool was cleaned twice. Pool towels provided & towel robes also. Location was a 15 walk from Villa 21 to the start of the main strip or a 3 minute taxi ride costing just €4 max. Such a quiet area but yet not too far from the main strip. As a family of 4 we all throughly enjoyed our 12 day stay & we all agreed that we will be back in the near future. Well worth paying the extra for a private pool. "Second time here and had a lovely relaxing stay. I was in one of the recently refurbished rooms. I came to relax and that's exactly what I was able to do. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, lovely warm swimming pool with plenty of sun beds. I was half board the evening meals were 4 courses and were different menus each night not a buffet in sight for the evening meal, breakfast was freshly cooked/made for you.
