"This hotel is just amazing. Everything was clean, cosy and comfortable. We had an amazing massage here. And the restaurant by night is just amazing. The chef has worked at two different Michelin restaurants and it shows. The breakfast and breakfast room are beautiful, the bed very soft and comfortable. The location is not downtown but it is less than a 15 minute walk there. I would definitely stay again and again. We just loved it."

"Wonderful hotel in central Timisoara. Large bedrooms and very large beds, king size. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. i would definitely recommend for any traveler going to Timisoara. Short walking distance to all major sights. Our party was made up of 10 people in 5 rooms and everyone was more than happy. 5 star."

"Unfortunately, we encountered major hygiene issues at this accommodation. Here are the main concerns: Dirty sheets and mattress cover – with a large yellow stain in the middle. Presence of cockroaches in the kitchen. Water with food residue and dirt in the dishwasher. Electric kettle with limescale buildup and other residues inside. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The presence of dust in some areas of the room would not have bothered me, but these are serious issues. We informed the accommodation about these problems but received no assistance."
