„신축호텔이라 그런지 깔끔하고 쾌적해요. 차가 아니면 접근성이 좋지는 않지만 차로 이동한다면 저는 또 이곳에 방문할거에요. 주변에 드럭스토어 돈키호테 식당 도보권에 있고 이온몰도 차로 금방이어서 좋습니다. 온천 조식도 있어서 너무 좋아요. 고속도로도 바로 탈 수 있어서 도야마 가기도 좋습니다.”

„Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.”

„제 잘못으로 처음에 흡연방으로 배정을 받았지만, 가능하다면 금연방으로 변경을 요청했습니다. 업그레이드 된 방으로 안내를 받아서 정말 만족스러운 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 조식은 종류가 많지 않지만 그래도 간단하게 먹기에 좋았습니다.”

„バイクの一人旅で砺波入りしました。事前に電話で駐輪スペースの確認をしたところ、“”屋根付きのスペースかあります”との回答をいただきました。いざ当日ホテルに着きましたら、フロントから私の様子を確認するや、玄関前でお迎えいただき、駐輪スペースまでご案内いただきました。その後、チェックインしましたが、大変ていねいな対応に満足です。今回はバスケットボールBリーグのaway観戦で寄せていただきましたが、インターチェンジ近くで、駐車スペースも広く、お部屋も清潔で快適でした。”

„There was an old calm inn style, and the dishes were also used with local seasonal ingredients, the arrangement was new and the seasoning was good, and the vessel and the arrangement were enjoyed. The bedding was clean, but the futon was hard with a mat and my back hurt. Only there was a pity.”

„Это первый наш рёкан. Общие впечатления отличные!!! Очень интересный опыт. Персонал очень, прямо очень дружелюбный. Еда - это свежие морепродукты, рис, местные супы. Нельзя сказать, что она не вкусная. Вкусная. Ее очень много, но после третьего такого стола хочется что-то с макаронами:)))) номер убирали каждый день. Есть трансфер до вокзала.
