"We arrived late at night and were able to self-check in (arranged in advance by sending the documents and receiving precise instructions). The comfort room (with a view of the village alleys) was indeed very comfortable, with a seating area and plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. The bathroom was very large (with two sinks). The decor was pleasant, but a splash of color would have been appreciated to make it more vibrant. An extractor fan in the bathroom (which has no window) would also be helpful. Another small flaw was the pillows, which weren't particularly comfortable, and the mattress was a bit firm (a topper would make a difference). The breakfast room on the ground floor was delightful, with large windows overlooking the lake! Excellent products, a wide selection of sweet and savory options, and the option of making a juicer. Excellent service (very friendly, professional, and attentive staff). Overall, we greatly appreciated the quality of the renovation, as well as the finishes and furnishings in the common areas. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit the spa, but with a lake view, it must be truly delightful. Greater flexibility in check-out times would also be appreciated. Torbole is very very nice out of season."

"Właśnie przyjechałem do domu z wspaniałego tygodnia w Torbole w Villa Claudia. Jaki klejnot hotelu, mały i przyjazny, pracownicy naprawdę pomagają i fantastyczne śniadanie. Urocze pomieszczenia i pokoje dobrze wyposażone i wygodne z dużą ilością miejsca przechowywania, żel prysznicowy itp., jedwab i suszarka do włosów. Dodatkowe poduszki dostarczone na życzenie i świeżej wody fontanna w recepcji z butelkami do wypełnienia, aby zabrać do pokoju. Tylko brakuje elementu .....odpad bin w sypialni jak tylko w łazience, ale to było tylko nieco niewygodne. Wyszliśmy rano i wróciliśmy wcześnie po południu, aby iść do basenu, zazwyczaj jedyne tam, więc nie ma problemu z odpoczynek słoneczny. Tylko minutę od jeziora, 5 minut od najbliższych restauracji i poniżej 10 minut do promu. Bardzo polecam ten hotel"

"I was looking for a place close to the center of Torbole but with a quiet, green area where each family member could relax after returning from various excursions in the afternoon. We found a corner of paradise that exceeded all expectations: a swimming pool with a garden and loungers for mom, plus a separate play area right behind it for the rest of the family to run around and play ball. 🙂 The real highlight is the breakfast, which features quality items, from sweet to savory, for a great energy boost before a walk. The room is clean and spacious. We didn't use them, but city bikes are available, and the hotel also offers free parking. Kudos to you for the well-kept garden. Will we be back? Absolutely!"

"We have arrived for new year celebrations. The food and service are disgusting . I watched the barman stir a drink and lick the spoon. The bathroom is one toilet for 200 guests. Thete is mo room to sit and eat. It is not a comfortable relaxing setting. The cost was high as i thought this was a 4 star hotel and new year would be enjoyable. It is a disaster. Im very 😔 "

"Lovely Hotel where all staff ie, reception, dining room and cleaners, were helpful, courteous, and friendly. The hotel was well kept. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, we got clean towels almost every day. Atmosphere in hotel was quiet, relaxing and pleasant. Could not fault breakfast it was delicious and plentiful. Location to the lakeside took 10 minutes to walk."

"Fantastic hotel with kids (6 & 8years old), heated outdoor pool keeped us busy. Beautiful views and room was very nice, we had a suite with one bedroom looking over the Garda. Excellent breakfast, there was everything you need. For the dinner dishes needed to be decided in the morning, that was difficult for the kids. In the restaurant service wasn’t on a 5star level all the time, but overall very friendly service. And hidden gem in the garden, Finnish sauna was absolutely beautiful with the best view."

"Budynek znajduje się na spokojnej ulicy, jest nowoczesny i dobrze traktowany, mój pokój miał niedawne piętra i piękny taras, ale łazienka wydawała się bardziej datowa, był bez okien i z nieco ciasny prysznic. Myślę, że oferta śniadania jest bardzo ważna jako dobra włoska kobieta, i znalazłem niektóre aspekty poniżej moich standardów, gorące napoje były dostarczane przez dystrybutora, a napoje, które próbowałem nie lubiłem. Hotel ma bar, ale wyobrażam sobie, że żądanie cappuccino byłoby dodatkowym kosztem. Niestety nie było ciasteczek w domu, które, moim zdaniem, dodawały różnorodność i jakość do śniadania. Doceniłem jakość kornet, chleba i owoców, a z niektórymi ulepszeniami, nawet w śniadaniu, hotel byłby najlepszym wynikiem."
