You have breakfast, outdoor bar, umbrellas and chairs at no extra cost, the owner is very friendly and always around. Sheets and towels are changed daily! Super safe place. Water is clear and calm. Will visit again."

"We have also experienced food/water poisoning over the last two days at this hotel. We did not drink water from the tap, but we are pretty sure they prepare food and wash dishes with the same tap water! More and more reviews have been posted in the last few days for this hotel, and not for the neighboring hotels (I have checked). This clearly indicates a problem specific to this hotel and not a virus in the area, as the hotel claims. There is sewage water in front of the hotel most of the time, accompanied by a horrible smell, which may be contaminating the tap water. Additionally, there is mold in the room and bathroom (photos attached). They advertise this as a 4-star hotel, which is a scam in my opinion. They have two separate buildings—one is comparable to a 2-star hotel and has nothing to do with the other building. If you complain about your room, they ask you to pay the difference to be moved to the other building, as mentioned in other reviews. This hotel is not worth paying $150 to $400 per night—not even close. I hope local authorities take action soon! "Epohikon Studios is a truly wonderful place in the heart of Sarti—very centrally located yet pleasantly quiet. The entire complex is lovingly designed, with a small, beautiful garden and comfortable seating areas that immediately evoke a holiday feeling. We stayed in one of the "Wooden Apartments." These are simply but charmingly furnished—nothing superfluous, but everything you need is there. A special bonus: each apartment even has its own espresso machine—that was a real highlight for us in the morning! "Hotel jest świetnym rozwiązaniem wewnątrz plaży, ale może być spokojny, a dom z zdjęć wygląda znacznie większy i o wiele więcej miejsca. Wydaje się wyposażony w basen i ogród, ale to fontanna i ogród, który nie może być wykorzystany. Mieszkanie dwupiętrowe jest jednak wyposażone w wszystkie komforty do pobytu, a także chce gotować. Właściciel (ojciec i syn) jest bardzo miły i adres i adres wszelkiego wniosku, który może mieć. Restauracje, plaże, bary itp. wszystkie dwa kroki, ale ich sugestie ułatwiają optymalizację dostępnego czasu."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s definitely more suited to families than couples, but we still really enjoyed our time here. The rooms are clean and comfortable — some have been recently refurbished, and we were fortunate to be given one of those. The food was very good with a wide variety to choose from. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Eirini and all the Giannis’s who took great care of us, as well as the wonderful restaurant team — Katerina, Pers, Popi, and Noi — for their excellent service."

"Amazing time, large accomodation with everthing you need, including a BBQ which we used one time. Very quite, amazing courtyard with olive trees. Close to the beach and to the taverns area. You dont have to use the car to go to the beach unless you go to another beach.Best place we could picked in Sithonia."

"The place is perfect, just a step from the beach. The apartment has all you need, even washing machine and dishwasher. Perfectly clean, everything is new and well maintained. Modern style and made with attention to details. The host Apostolos is very kind and ready to help with everything. I felt like in 5 stars hotel. This is maybe the best place in the area. I highly recommend!"

"I confirm what others have already written. Away from the chaos of Sarti, but in 20 minutes on foot you arrive in the center where there are all the restaurants and bars. If you want you can also go by car, but parking is a work of patience. The beach is 200 meters away from the crowd I stayed for three days at the quiet Paradise Beach and very kind guys. You only pay what you take for the sunbed and umbrella. Few noisy children and space in front of the first row. Returning to the house the manager is very kind any request is accepted. The house has all the necessary comforts and all the furniture is new. Normal sized swimming pool and unfortunately this central week of August hyper frequented by Serbian families who normally have three four children each. Overcrowded. However everything else ON TOP"

"We stayed for two weeks in Villa Maria studios that they let and we have nothing but good words about it. We contacted with Marios by mail and he responded fast. He gave us several options for payment and had understanding for our requirements about it. The room was comfy and clean on the first floor. Kitchen was fully equipped, we didn’t need to bring anything extra with us like we did every other holiday before. Sheets and towels fresh and clean, you even have extra towels if you needed. On our surprise they change them two times until we were there. We were with a child so this is very important. Garbage was taken care of every day by the villa staff. (That’s new to us because everywhere we stayed the garbage was thrown by us) Our room balcony was facing the main street so it could be sometime noisy but thats not the problem of the owner, he couldn’t do anything about it. (If you close the balcony door you would be in silence) - AC workings perfectly. - Hot water 24/7. - The beach is 2 min by foot. - Parking on site in the villa for every room. You don’t need to worry about that. Overall we had nice holiday without any problems. We recommend this villa for sure, you won’t regret it."
