"My first time staying at The James Hotel has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The hotel is impressive, contemporary and stylish and welcoming. The room itself was excellent and very good value. The staff were so friendly and most helpful and I had a delicious meal in the dining room that evening. The canal and beautiful Tralee Bay are a short walk away and I had a lovely jaunt down there at sunset. Next time I'm stopping over in Tralee, it'll be at The James Hotel again for sure. Thanks for a great experience!"

"Co za uroczy hotel! Jest trochę od centrum Tralee, ale krótki taksówka odjazdowa. Można spacerować po ziemiach- upewnij się, że zobaczysz pszczół! Jedzenie jest doskonałe- a śniadanie jest wliczone w ładunku pokojowego. Usługa jest bardzo dobry. W lobby są małe kółka siedzące, gdzie można cieszyć się kieliszkiem herbaty i po prostu czytać. Mają rowery do użytku również. Pokoje są duże i dobrze wyposażone. Miałem tam ogromny pobyt!"
