"It's normal to be threatened with pepper spray by another guest, tell the manager to not do anything, and we feel very unsafe here, not recommending. The fact that you are threatened and nothing is done with it by the staff is unacceptable."

"Imagine the following situation: We arrive at 5:45 p.m. in an empty restaurant with only half the tables set and ask if we can eat there from the Schlemmerblock. After a quarter of an hour of discussion about the obligation and the pros and cons of making a telephone reservation, we learn that we could have called until 6 p.m. But since it is 6:03 p.m., that is no longer possible. I have never experienced such adherence to principles. Furthermore, it is assumed that many other restaurants participating in the Schlemmerblock offer smaller portions or inferior food. If you don't feel like it or it isn't worth it to participate in the Schlemmerblock, you simply shouldn't do it. But with campaigns like this, you shouldn't be surprised if the restaurant eventually becomes completely empty. Note: This rating refers only to the service in the restaurant and not to the hotel. For the reasons stated, we were also unable to test the quality of the food."

"We received a warm welcome and had booked two queen-size and one king-size, the latter with a river view. You really had to look very closely to see even a bit of the river. The room was also quite a bit smaller than the queen-size and had sloping walls, meaning you had to be careful, especially in the dark. Unfortunately, there was no coffee in the room, but the breakfast was fine. The city center is within walking distance, making it a great base. It was disappointing, however, that our rooms hadn't been cleaned after we returned from the city. No clean towels was the least pleasant problem, but fortunately, the reception was kind enough to provide them."
