Hotel Carlton
"Miałem wspaniały pobyt w tym hotelu. Całkowita atmosfera jest niesamowicie wygodna i relaksująca. Pokoje są pięknie zaprojektowane i bezpłatnie czyste, z ścianami ozdobionymi w bardzo smaczny i stylowy sposób. Staff are exceptionally friendly, professional and always ready to help. The highlight of my stay was definitely breakfast fresh, delicious, and with plenty of great options. Highly recommended!"
Nomads Hostel Tunisia
"I had an absolutely infuriating experience at Normads Hostel. Despite making a reservation two days ahead and confirming it multiple times, their communication was a complete disaster. They kept pestering me to confirm the reservation, but when I asked for specifics about the room, they deliberately ignored my requests until the last minute. When I finally arrived, exhausted from a 180-kilometer journey, I was appalled to find that the room I had clearly requested for just my mom and me was shared with other guests. The staff only responded to my concerns through messages when I was practically at the hostel, seemingly to cover their own mistakes. The worst part? They tried to scam me by demanding payment for all four beds in the room, even though we only needed two. This outrageous attempt at overcharging felt like a blatant fraud. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly urge anyone considering this hostel to think twice!!!!!"
El Mouradi Hotel Africa Tunis

Hotel Metropole Residence
"Very convenient and very comfortable. Plus, you can even have guests over."
Hotel Roma
"Pobyt w Hotelu Roma od końca czerwca do początku lipca odwiedzić przyjaciół. Hotel znajduje się w bardzo wygodnej okolicy na spokojnej ulicy. Łatwy dostęp do sklepów, restauracji, rynku i głównych kryteriów. Jest to również bezpieczna i przyjazna strefa. Pracownicy byli fantastyczni, zwłaszcza Chedi na przednim biurku. Pokoje są proste, ale bardzo czyste i spełniają moje specjalne żądania bez wahania. Bardzo polecam Hotel Roma i pomieszka tu ponownie w przyszłych odwiedzinach, szczególnie rozważ wartość za przystępną cenę."
Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center, Tunis
"I had the worst hotel experience in my entire life imagine staying in a hotel in a costal city without an ac and they refused to cancel my booking because I paid in advance"

Dar El Jeld Hotel and Spa
"W Tunezji jest bardzo wyjątkowy hotel, który jest reprezentowany przez kulturę Tunezji. Pokoje w hotelu nie są małe i ładnie wyglądają, w tym mozaikowe dekoracje. Jedynym wadą jest niedobrze parking i potrzeba pomocy hotelowej."
Palais Bayram
"Piękna lokalizacja, świetna lokalizacja i przyjazny personel. Jedynym zniżką jest to, że obszar jest niezwykle cichy w nocy i może być trochę przerażające próbując znaleźć drogę do domu później wieczorem."
Sheraton Tunis Hotel
"I booked a deluxe Club King Room with breakfast for 3 nights. The room itself was quite big, but needed some maintenance. For example, the toilet seat cover was broken, but nothing was done during my stay. The hotel itself is quite a distance from the city center. You need to call for a taxi to go out. My biggest disappointment was with how they charged my breakfast on top of what I had paid through Trip.com. As I mentioned, I booked a room with breakfast. Nothing particular was said about the breakfast during booking. When I arrived, I was given a room on the third floor. The receptionist gave me another card to access the fifth floor where the lounge is. She told me that I could have my breakfast there as well as drinks in the afternoon. Maybe something was lost in translation, but I was not told that the breakfast for me would strictly be at the lounge. In any case, my since my wife and I arrived at almost 3 p.m. and we hadn't had our lunch yet, we decided to have some snacks at the lounge. The lounge was very small and had only 2 types of pastry and a plate of fruits, plus drinks. I commented on the paltry choice of food there was and said to my wife that if the breakfast selection is too meagre the next day, we should go to the main restaurant for the next 2 days. The next day, we went to have our breakfast early as we had an excursion outside Tunis. However, the access card to the fifth floor did not work, so we decided to have our breakfast at the main restaurant on the ground floor. Upon entering the restaurant, we told the waitress our room number and she just noted it. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was quite good, so we happily had our breakfast there for the next 2 days. I also tried one more time to access the fifth floor but failed and decided to give it a rest since we thought there was no point to go there anymore. Upon check-out, I was surprised to be told that we had to pay for the breakfast at the main restaurant since our room rate covered only breakfast at the lounge. I told the receptionist (a different lady from the first day) that I didn't know about this arrangement as I couldn't recall being specifically told so. She said that is the hotel's regulation. I asked her what is the difference between the breakfast at the lounge and the one at the main restaurant. She said the one at the main restaurant is a full breakfast while the one at the lounge is a 'soft breakfast'. This is the first time I am hearing such a policy. At any other hotels I had been to, usually the food quality at the lounge is more superior than the one at main restaurant, even if the quantity and probably the selection is less. That is why people pay more money to be at the club room/floor in the first place. I also told the lady that in any case, the access card didn't work for us even if we wanted to go to the fifth floor. After some hesitation, she said she would deduct some amount from our bill, but we still had to pay the rest. Needless to say, this experience really left a bitter taste in our mouths. We had a good visit to Tunis in general and the hotel itself is not so bad even if it a bit far from the city center. But after the 'breakfast' experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others."

Novotel Tunis
"Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5 Stars) The Novotel Tunis offers a decent stay, positioning itself well for business travelers and tourists due to its convenient location. However, guests should be prepared for an experience that feels slightly past its prime, primarily due to the condition of the accommodations and a disappointing morning meal. The Good: • Location & Accessibility: The hotel’s primary strength is its central location, offering excellent accessibility to key business districts and local attractions in Tunis. It's easy to navigate the city from here. • Common Areas: The lobby, reception (except very awkward and hard to communicate with), and non-room facilities (like meeting spaces) are well-maintained and modern, suggesting where the hotel’s recent investments have been focused. The Areas for Improvement: • Outdated Guest Rooms: The biggest drawback of the stay was the condition of the hotel room. They are noticeably outdated, featuring worn furniture, older decor, and fixtures that are desperately in need of renovation. While clean, the overall look and feel are tired, making the stay feel less comfortable and certainly not reflecting modern Novotel standards. • "Meh" Breakfast: Following the trend of many business hotels, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The quality of ingredients was average, the offerings lacked freshness, and the buffet was uninspired. It was functional but certainly not a highlight a bland start to the day that did not justify the price. Conclusion: The Novotel Tunis is a practical option if location is your main priority. The staff are competent yet snobbish and the location is superb. However, the combination of an outdated room design and a forgettable breakfast prevents this hotel from being a truly great choice. If the management addresses the much-needed room renovations, the Novotel Tunis could significantly elevate its standing."
Golden Tulip El Mechtel
"Doskonały hotel. Centralna, ale spokojna lokalizacja. Komfortowy pokój typu executive, w którym brakuje niektórych szczegółów, ale nadal jest on na dobrym poziomie. Dobra i sprawna obsługa pokoju."
Regency Tunis Hotel
"We travelled with Senior Discovery Tours for 16 days and loved every minute of Tunisia! Can't say enough about how beautiful this country is and especially this hotel embassy one of the best! The pool, the beach and the food were phenomenal! I highly recommend it!"
Radisson Hotel Tunis City Center
"Excellent, highly recommended! The food was clean, and the room was spotless and spacious. The staff were also very good, truly living up to its four-star hotel status."
Hotel la Princesse
"Shouldn't pay before see the room"
Royal Victoria - Ex British Embassy
"The room is so old! A large wardrobe takes up half of my room. I went to see a friend's room and it was a little better. There was a leak in the shower and they said someone would come to fix it, but they didn't. Breakfast is extremely simple, not many varieties, and the restaurant environment is also shabby. The breakfast waiter was very nice. The geographical location is an advantage. It would be nice if the maintenance and repairs can be strengthened a little."
Business Hotel
"Very good 😊"
