"Stayed at this hotel for a business trip in February. All the boxes were ticked, clean modern room with nice decor, spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good also and the staff were excellent. After checkout I received a phonecall from reception because I left headphones in the room, reception kindly arranged for them to be posted home to me. I will be back in April and plan to stay here again."

"Due to a lack of availability, there was no room, even though we had booked one in advance. This was resolved by making a studio available, which turned out not to be fully operational yet. We managed with it. The TV, newly installed, did not work. It was subsequently set up as best as possible on the second evening of our stay. I went to the front desk three times for this. However, the defective air conditioning (at 32 degrees outside) remained unrepaired. Unfortunately. There was no one available to help with that. In a hotel, one should at least expect towels to be replaced (preferably after placing them on the bathroom floor for exchange). This does not happen at this City Hotel. Frankly, that is unacceptable. Breakfast was complete, tasty, and well-prepared by a hospitality specialist who, in my opinion, was very passionate and hardworking. The breakfast here excels in the diversity and freshness on offer."

"Very warm welcome from Nina on arrival. There was 4 of us ( 2 couples) Had lovely spacious room with small kitchenette Small fridge with reasonably priced beers, wine or water Coffee machine with pods Bathroom wonderful with a large walk in shower Slept like a log for both nights stay as the bed was so comfortable the room nice and dark and a very quiet area around the B&B Breakfast was a fantastic assortment for a continental breakfast and everything was fresh and delicious This would be our first choice if we return to the area"
