After playing in Xinjiang for a month, the last stop was Turpan. Originally, I didn't want to stay in this city more for a moment, it was so hot it was about to explode. Occasionally, someone in the comment area said that Putaogou was good, and there happened to be a room, so I took the youngest from the city. Unexpectedly, it completely subverted my view of Turpan, it is simply an oasis in the desert! This homestay is my best experience in Xinjiang! The boss is really working hard. Different from previous homestays, first of all, the bath water is very large, hot and abundant. Unlike other homestays, where a water heater is installed in the room, washing one hair is not enough, and the next person has to wait for half an hour. Secondly, the air conditioner is very powerful. It has long been known that the temperature in Turpan is not comparable to the high temperature of an ordinary city. If the air conditioner doesn't work well, or the card needs to be plugged in to get electricity, how can this make people live? Third, the sanitary conditions are also very good. Every time I stay in a homestay, I am worried about not changing the sheets and duvet covers at all. This house watched the waiters change it, including the drying in the backyard. The location is also excellent, just in the second scenic spot of Putaogou, the grape rack is in front of the room, and the snow mountain canal is to the north. The boss also arranged a car to pick up and drop off. After entering the door, we will give us a pot of freshly picked grapes to eat before we check in. The level of the restaurant chef is also quite good, definitely not the level of the farmer's cooking that is just fooled by the family. In the evening, take a walk on the trail outside to see the grape drying room. It is very cool and doesn't sweat at all. I originally thought that I would never come to Turpan again in my life, because with this homestay, I think I must come again if I have a chance. I've never been to Turpan, how can I say that I played Quanjiang?

Easily one of the top two or three guesthouse experiences I’ve had traveling China over the past decade. While it’s certainly on the higher end of the price spectrum, you definitely get what you pay for and more. The level of detail is immaculate: given how hot and dry Turpan is, they give you as much bottled water you need & leave hydrating facial masks in your room every day. Also, shoutout to the beds—one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in China—and Japanese toilet. The facilitates and service touches are on par with the best luxury hotel brands which probably go for twice the price or more. But ultimately the people and location are what make this place special. Everyone from the owner to the cleaning staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I ran into the owner at a restaurant and he bought me dinner and introduced me to some local dishes I would have never known to order. The location is 🍇 valley. It’s a quaint little grape producing village with friendly locals and amazing fruit. All in all, Bafeng Retreat is a special place that is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and take life slowly. Highly recommended.

When I first set foot in DAP Hostel in Turpan, it was with the intention of a two-night stay. Fast forward two weeks later, I was still there, completely captivated by its charm and the unforgettable people I met. Named after a traditional Xinjiang instrument, this hostel doesn’t just offer beds; it provides experiences. The design is impeccable, and it’s clear there’s a deep respect for detail and the environment. But the real magic? It’s in the people. The hostel owner, the volunteers, and every fellow traveler I encountered - they transformed my trip. From acquaintances to close friends in such a short span, it was incredible. Their open-mindedness, their stories, and the warmth they exuded were infectious. I’m thrilled to say that many of those I met at the DAP Hostel are now close friends. The anticipation of reuniting with them is immense. If you ever find yourself in Turpan, and you crave genuine connections, DAP Hostel is the place. It’s more than accommodation; it’s a family waiting to be discovered.

The boss is very enthusiastic, the service is also thoughtful, and the cats are very cute. The cats are named Prince and Xiao Heihei. The grapes in the yard are picked and eaten casually. The design, decoration, soft furnishings, supplies, services, catering facilities, etc. are all great! A well-deserved high-end B&B. Mnarg is the most high-end hotel in Suzhu. The other hotels also have their own characteristics and the prices are relatively lower. The room is large, and it doesn't matter if you bring suitcases. Separate wet and dry bathrooms. Dyson's hair dryer is the best in hair volume and can dry your hair quickly. There is a large bathing pool in the room, but unfortunately the water gate was closed and the bathing was not completed. At night, the hotel gave you various fruit yogurts, which were ice cold and cool. The breakfast is very rich. The local clear noodle soup is slightly sour and spicy and very appetizing. The chicken soup is delicious. I add fruit pieces and raisins to the yogurt. It is delicious and fun. At first, the kids chose it because they saw it in Running Man, and there was an outdoor swimming pool. It was very cool to soak in the swimming pool on a hot night! Staying with parents and children received the highest score for accommodation during this trip! If I have the chance to go back to Turpan, I would like to stay here again!

The front desk service was very good. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk brought hot tea, which was very heartwarming. She also proactively provided children's slippers and toothbrushes for the children. The processing speed was also very fast. I was very tired after flying, so I thought I would have to wait at the front desk for a long time. Unexpectedly, the efficiency is really very high👍👍. The room is comfortable and clean, the soundproofing is good, and the breakfast is also very good. My little robot daughter likes it very much. It is worth staying here next time. Ps: Thank you to the lobby manager for the hand-drawn map and introducing me to many scenic spots and planned routes.

It is really beautiful inside! Saved us 80 in ticket money😂 Environment: The environment of the B&B is also very good. It is very cool at night. The bed in the wooden house is very comfortable to sleep on and is relatively soundproof! Service: The waiter is also very enthusiastic! I will definitely come back next year and stay for two more days🥺

Everything else is pretty good! The lady at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room. There was no surprise at all and it was definitely a five-star review! Really worth the price! I gave it 4 points because it was quite cold and I wanted to take a hot shower after a long journey (but this is too difficult for this hotel! It only provides warm water for showering in summer, and I almost caught a cold after taking a shower) The water is really cold. The guy who came up to adjust the hot water was not very nice and was impatient when he didn’t adjust the heat.) There wasn’t even hot water? I will never stay at this hotel again! The boss is so stingy that he doesn't even let customers take a hot bath.

Shuangcheng Hotel has an excellent location, just beside the national highway, close to famous scenic spots such as Grape Valley and Flame Mountain, and has convenient transportation; as a state hotel in Turpan, its software, hardware and environment are first-class; especially the breakfast and service are very good . In short, to Turpan, this is a choice you will never regret.
