„I chose another accommodation nearby the train station (and airport), but that was cancelled, so Trip.com bumped me up to this accommodation. It was conveniently close to the train station and they offer a free airport shuttle service. The room was what you would expect, although for this price I would expect there to be a fridge in the room - but it seems that in China this is a rare amenity. The check-in staff were very slow, and didn't ask any questions after I handed them my passport. My 64-page passport is almost completely full of stamps and visas (including many Chinese visas), but because they didn't (want to) ask, I just let them leave through it for almost 5 minutes until they found my most recent entry stamp into China.”

Wraz z innymi pracownikami pomógł nam również kupić u lokalnego sprzedawcy produkty, których szukaliśmy. Z pokoju roztaczał się piękny widok, a śniadanie było niezastąpionym zastrzykiem energii każdego ranka. Myślę, że ta usługa może mieć swoje ograniczenia w zależności od sezonu, ale pomogli nam również zorganizować jednodniową wycieczkę do Huoyanshan i dwóch starych cytadel. Jeszcze raz dziękujemy za tak niezapomniane wrażenia. Wrócimy!”

„We absolutely love our brief stay at this hotel. The check in service was speedy and pleasant. The receptionists were friendly and went up and above to serve us. This is by far the best hotel for our trip to Xinjiang. There are 2 sets of complimentary washers and dryers for guests for which is really helpful. The only downside is there is only 1 set of lift (for our wing) and the wait can be long during peak breakfast hours.”

„I was quite surprised to find a Wyndham Grand Laguna in Turpan. The hotel building is beautiful, with a very exotic feel. In Turpan, a small city in northern Xinjiang, it felt strangely more like southern Xinjiang. The mattress in the room was very comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. As a premium member, I was pleasantly upgraded to a higher room type and given welcome fruit. The hotel's public area is a highlight, with a beautiful, high-ceilinged lobby. It's perfect for taking photos and has a unique character! The outdoor pool is also very beautiful, but I didn't have time to swim. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, explaining the hotel's activities and giving me a very warm farewell upon departure. Xiao Mu at the front desk was very attentive! Overall, it was a very good stay.”

„At the entrance of the Youth Hostel is a row of mulberry trees, successfully realizing the freedom of mulberry, and eating cool! The proprietress was very enthusiastic and told us where there were small white apricots to pick. It was near the Youth Hostel. There were indeed many. There was still a little sour and the big one was very sweet! The bosses organized barbecues and invited us to eat together, a super good experience! Also lent us an electric car to facilitate our travel. Stay here next time you come to Turpan!”

„Simply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future”
