Before arrival there was a WhatsApp message with a few details, the code for the safe was unfortunately not there. Then the key from the safe could only be picked up on telephone request. The reception was no longer occupied at 16:00. The room was in negligible condition. Shampling showers, used door grips and locks and also otherwise no one seems to care about. About spine tissues and defect lamps would otherwise be stopped in a proper room cleaning. The extra requested baby bed was broken and had no mattress - we would have brought ours but we said we would have got one to the room. The parking place before the door is enough for 3 cars + 2 load pillars. If you could have announced otherwise. Fortunately we found something on the street. All in all a terrible experience. Without children I would be turned on the spot, but the two needed their sleep."
