The hotel is a bit dated, carpets in halls looking shabby. The room was large and had adequate lighting and controls, comfortable mattress, bedding clean. Large window with drapery and sheer, window stained and dirty, mostly outside. Bench type cushions were ingrained with stains, both sides. Small LED TV for room size, no guide or instructions found. There was a safe in the closet, worked fine. Large bathroom with ventilation, good towels, hot/cold water from sink faucet. There is a large swimming pool and spa on the 5th floor level. Pool loungers and table and chairs area. Large comfortable towels you sign for before entering the pool area, free for hotel guests. Changing area with private showers, hair dryers, lockers. Large fitness room. Massage area, with skillful attendants, prices reasonable. Sunee Grand is still a top choice with reasonable rates. They also have a large conference and meeting rooms, fully equipped. I attended a conference there a few years ago, as good as anyplace, anywhere.

Good hotel, not far from the airport. Nice and clean room. Ok bathroom, where the shower wall should be higher to avoid water splashes everywhere. The restaurant food was average with a bit high price. Wifi was strong. The one and only big complaint and no-no for this stay was that I got a very indecent proposal from one of the staff during my dinner at the restaurant. This staff apparently saw me as a single male guest and this person just chocked me by whispering, when this person was doing something nearby where I sat, that the staff can arrange girls to come to me for the night and the staff also told me prices for the different kinds of girls. I pretended not to hear this person. But what an indecent proposal to say to a guest! Well, this put my rating from Good to Poor! It is absolutely not what I wanted to hear from a hotel staff. Please stop with this!

Times are tough in hospitality because of Covid19 and that is in Ubon too. So room rates have been slashed to get bums on (comfortable) beds, hoping they will eat and drink at the great Mexican-Thai-American restaurant It worked for me. Very comfortable room with fan 3/4 fridge and air-con. Hot water and lights all worked. Strong wi-fi. No coat hangers in the wardrobe was the only blemish. Great staff especially Aimmy. Highly recommended. They don't do breakfast anymore, Just go for a little walk. Hey this is Thailand.

We know Ubon well and would always recommend Excella. We stayed there in June 2022 over 2 separate occasions and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality. The breakfast is good (for a Thai hotel) and did have some variety in the small eating area at the front of the hotel. We loved the suite and family room (booked 2 separate rooms) and it provided everything we needed. Good access to free parking out the back makes this a convenient place to stay in Ubon. You should be aware, however, that is in a residential area to the north of the city (and not in the city centre).

Paid approx $24 Aus which included breakfast. The hotel is modern and bright. Clean and tidy. I stayed in the superior room which is standard I think. It was big and open with a small sofa. Bed was very comfortable and 2 pillows per person which I appreciate. Breakfast was a buffet. It had fruit, local Thai sweet and hot Thai dishes plus bread and jam. The dining room is very modern and relaxing. The staff throughout the hotel are very polite and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

Stayed here for 3 nights. For the price the room was very good. Spotlessly clean. Large bed with firm mattress. Large bathroom, with powerful hot shower. I had a room very close to the lift, but i never heard it once and I stayed during a busy weekend. In fact the hotel was very quiet. There is a restaurant and a number of brrakfast options are available. Free tea and coffee in lobby. The owner/manager was always there to greet me in the morning and engage in friendly conversation. Nothing better than starting the day in a happy frame of mind. He was also very helpful in arranging a car and driver to explore nearby national park The hotel is within easy walking distance of the City Pillar. It does not have a gym, but the main park is a 10 minute walk away and who beeds a running machine when you can jog alongwith locals around the perimeter and their are public exercise equipment. The only negative is the room did not contain a safe. But it felt completely secure and I had no qualms about leaving valuables in room. Tip - if you get a chance try and visit Samphon Bok. During the dry season it is awesome.

chose this hotel because it chose this hotel because it looked to be a newer Hotel. Very clean good air no coffee maker in the room flat screen television with very poor reception in only one English Channel I could find. Everyday I like to go for a long walk in the morning when I returned the second day from a 5-mile walk there was no water in the hotel I had to wait two hours to take a shower which was not pleasant. Value for money I still rate this a 3 out of 5. They did offer a free small buffet breakfast pretty much all Thai food but fresh coffee and toast three or four different tie items and rice and a small salad bar. Location I would rate this a 3 as well not much within walking distance.

The hotel is situated near the city's bus station, and a short distance from the ring-road. It's not near to downtown Ubon Ratchathani . It has a large well maintained car park with shaded parking spots. The check in was quick and efficient and the receptionist was friendly and polite. The clean, spacious rooms were very good: comfortable king size bed, A/C , wifi and TV all in good working order, small balcony . It was very quiet at night and we had a good night's rest. There is no restaurant , but there is wide choice of places to eat in the vicinity. No breakfast only instant coffee and cookies (free) . It's not the Ritz but it's excellent value for a short stay in Ubon. We'll stay again when we have business in the city.

I stayed here for a week and had a great experience. Its a very comfortable place. The bed is very comfortable and the AC was great. The maids were super friendly and fun-loving and stocked me up everyday with fresh towels, toothbrushes, soap etc.. Everyone was friendly and hard-working. This hotel makes some of the best fried rice in Thailand. Forget your American breakfast and get the fried rice- you don't want to miss out on this!

Natsiri is a nice little oasis in the middle of Ubon. As this isn't a tourist town, the prices are reasonable. Overall, the place is quite nice, especially compared to the rural spots we've been in the past few days. The regular rooms are appropriately sized, and the beds a bit softer than many beds in Thailand (though for this Farang, they are still a bit hard, but workable). The one big oddity here is that a place this nicely built has steps up and down all over. Exit the elevator on your floor and there is a step down (my wife missed it the first time, despite the yellow tape on the floor). Step into your room and there's a step up. Step into your bathroom and there's a step down. Have the included breakfast and in the middle of the dining room there's a big step up. Go through the lobby area and if you go to the bathrooms there's a step up. Etc... The breakfast had quite a few options, including cheap ice cream. It was fine. Of course, the choices are all Thai. Overall, we recommend, especially at this price.

The Hotel Wish is about 10 - 15 minutes away from Ubon Ratchathani Airport. It offers plenty of hotel parking spaces and is easy to reach from a side street. Some of the hotel staff speak English fluently, making the stay of international guests easier. The hotel room is clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast buffet in the morning is a bit small, but as a European you feel in good hands with the various bread options. Otherwise everything is fine so far. Gladly again! :)

What a pleasant surprise to find such clean and comfortable accomodation combined with delightful staff in a budget hotel. I was genuinely blown after so many disappointments in erstwhile luxury properties at more than double this daily rate. It was the location which had 1st attracted my wife last year, as it suited her needs when flying in on business. Based on this we booked 3 nights. The property quiet due to the one block set back from major roads yet it's easy to access from all major cbd locations by car or taxi. Staff are young, attractive, very polite and ever so helpful. And that includes the housekeeping staff too... 5 star service! The rooms are modern, clean and suitably appointed for the class of hotel but what really stands out is the sleep quality. The mattress so soft and comfortable I slept better than in my own home. Many thanks to Erawan/Hop Inn properties for an enjoyable stay and we shall be seeing you again.

I stayed 2 days in this hotel, i would think that i would not return. Parking is no problem and I was happy that they allow my rented motorcycle to be parked near the entrance where there is shelter. Once i got the in room- Room was big - good, Room had a sofa-good, I slapped on the sofa and there was a cloud of dust-no good. Bed was comfortable - Good, pillow case has stains - no good. Towels provided - good, towel was yellowish - no good. Room was also no that clean, clumps of dirt here and there. Seems like most things are done half heartedly at this hotel. There were water ants, lots of them which somehow gotten into the bathroom in the evening, i inform the front desk but the only option i was given was a change of room, which was rather troublesome as I was already settle down and checking out the next day. In the end, i have to wash them away with the bidet. Would have been nice if they had border even if just to take a look and see how bad it was. Location was good.

The front desk service was very good and helped me take a taxi. The room on the third floor was arranged, there was no elevator, and the elderly could not do it with luggage and climb the stairs. This hotel should be the kind of large meeting stay, and there is a hotel nearby that has similar location. The double room is large and dry, the key deposit is 100 baht, no toothpaste toothbrush, but there is a bath gel supply. The hot water heater can't be reached, so it's a short trip to the hotel by taxi at the airport 70 baht. The location is a bit biased, but there is a lotus supermarket nearby, which is also very convenient; Coffee shops, barber shops, and fashion shops are scattered within walking distance. It is also quite easy to walk from the hotel to the Mae Praniramol Catholic Church attractions in the morning, only 7.5 kilometers are about 15 minutes. The return taxi said Better Place The driver knows the location in seconds, it should be an old-fashioned name.

Usually I never write a review for any hotel. But things here have to be organized a little, very compressed. 1. The room is extremely dirty and worn. The island is full of the floor, the cabinet, yen and the bathroom. Stayed for the first night, I know that I didn't clean it. The floor is carpet, dirty stains, adhered tight every inch. Dust spreads all over everything it can easily. 蜥蜴 droppings on the table in front of the glass Not sure how to clean it 2. Plus refused to make a room for another Have to walk to the counter by yourself When coming to add water, put it on the floor in front of the room I don't know how many islands have been. 3. When talking about the shift, stay 4 nights, I see flying in the room for 2 nights. Must be normal by yourself and baht 4. After he made a room for We came back and found that all the clothes we put in the room were gone. It was the clothes we put on and we put together on one of the living chairs. (Because it is probably the cleanest place in the room) So we went to ask at the counter. Therefore realized that the cleaning person picked up The pile of shirts that we werehed by a waste In the end, we got those shirts back. But the problem is that 1 shirt is missing! And no one can answer us where they are 5. The water smells at first thought of blood. And probably more rust In conclusion, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. If there are 0 stars, we have already pressed it. To sleep for free, still think and think again, if you can choose, recommend going to the hostel is still better than P.S. Just read it on the website later that the ghost is very fierce. But when we rest, we are busy amazed with the dirty. I was busy with the fight with the flying cocks and annoyed with the excessively lacking service, so I forgot to be afraid of the ghost implicitly, or maybe our shirt that was missing. May be a ghost that can take it? P.S. 2. If the hotel owner has the opportunity to see this review I want you to know that all the stories are written We didn't write beyond the truth at all. It takes about 10 minutes by motorbike from Ubon Ratchathani station to arrive at the hotel. It faces a large street and the signboard is so big that you will never miss it. They kept my luggage for early check-in, chartered a driver, and did various things. The hotel itself was a little strange with lots of replicas of masterpieces. The room is simple but clean. Amenity is soap only. There is a shop in front of the front desk where you can buy snacks, cola, and cup noodles. There was a 7-Eleven at about 300 meters, and a cafe at about 150 meters where you can eat breakfast such as toast. The next door seemed to be a dining room, but it is unknown what kind of shop it is. To be honest, there are not many shops around. Food stalls may appear at night, so you may want to explore a little for dinner.

Usually I never write a review for any hotel. But things here have to be organized a little, very compressed. 1. The room is extremely dirty and worn. The island is full of the floor, the cabinet, yen and the bathroom. Stayed for the first night, I know that I didn't clean it. The floor is carpet, dirty stains, adhered tight every inch. Dust spreads all over everything it can easily. 蜥蜴 droppings on the table in front of the glass Not sure how to clean it 2. Plus refused to make a room for another Have to walk to the counter by yourself When coming to add water, put it on the floor in front of the room I don't know how many islands have been. 3. When talking about the shift, stay 4 nights, I see flying in the room for 2 nights. Must be normal by yourself and baht 4. After he made a room for We came back and found that all the clothes we put in the room were gone. It was the clothes we put on and we put together on one of the living chairs. (Because it is probably the cleanest place in the room) So we went to ask at the counter. Therefore realized that the cleaning person picked up The pile of shirts that we werehed by a waste In the end, we got those shirts back. But the problem is that 1 shirt is missing! And no one can answer us where they are 5. The water smells at first thought of blood. And probably more rust In conclusion, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. If there are 0 stars, we have already pressed it. To sleep for free, still think and think again, if you can choose, recommend going to the hostel is still better than P.S. Just read it on the website later that the ghost is very fierce. But when we rest, we are busy amazed with the dirty. I was busy with the fight with the flying cocks and annoyed with the excessively lacking service, so I forgot to be afraid of the ghost implicitly, or maybe our shirt that was missing. It takes about 10 minutes by motorbike from Ubon Ratchathani station to arrive at the hotel. It faces a large street and the signboard is so big that you will never miss it. They kept my luggage for early check-in, chartered a driver, and did various things. The hotel itself was a little strange with lots of replicas of masterpieces. The room is simple but clean. Amenity is soap only. There is a shop in front of the front desk where you can buy snacks, cola, and cup noodles. There was a 7-Eleven at about 300 meters, and a cafe at about 150 meters where you can eat breakfast such as toast. The next door seemed to be a dining room, but it is unknown what kind of shop it is. To be honest, there are not many shops around. Food stalls may appear at night, so you may want to explore a little for dinner.

Stayed here for 3 nights. For the price the room was very good. Spotlessly clean. Large bed with firm mattress. Large bathroom, with powerful hot shower. I had a room very close to the lift, but i never heard it once and I stayed during a busy weekend. In fact the hotel was very quiet. There is a restaurant and a number of brrakfast options are available. Free tea and coffee in lobby. The owner/manager was always there to greet me in the morning and engage in friendly conversation. Nothing better than starting the day in a happy frame of mind. He was also very helpful in arranging a car and driver to explore nearby national park The hotel is within easy walking distance of the City Pillar. It does not have a gym, but the main park is a 10 minute walk away and who beeds a running machine when you can jog alongwith locals around the perimeter and their are public exercise equipment. The only negative is the room did not contain a safe. But it felt completely secure and I had no qualms about leaving valuables in room. Tip - if you get a chance try and visit Samphon Bok. During the dry season it is awesome.

This hotel is a hidden gem and I loved it that much I extended my stay from 10 to 15 days The layout of the hotel is amazing, wonderful food and very friendly staff nothing was to much trouble, a lot of thought has gone into the design of the fixtures and fittings Close to everything restaurants etc and 5 mins from the airport No idea why this place isn’t number 1 I will be returning

Natsiri is a nice little oasis in the middle of Ubon. As this isn't a tourist town, the prices are reasonable. Overall, the place is quite nice, especially compared to the rural spots we've been in the past few days. The regular rooms are appropriately sized, and the beds a bit softer than many beds in Thailand (though for this Farang, they are still a bit hard, but workable). The one big oddity here is that a place this nicely built has steps up and down all over. Exit the elevator on your floor and there is a step down (my wife missed it the first time, despite the yellow tape on the floor). Step into your room and there's a step up. Step into your bathroom and there's a step down. Have the included breakfast and in the middle of the dining room there's a big step up. Go through the lobby area and if you go to the bathrooms there's a step up. Etc... The breakfast had quite a few options, including cheap ice cream. It was fine. Of course, the choices are all Thai. Overall, we recommend, especially at this price.

Have stayed here many times over the last 3 years. The rooms are well maintained, very clean with towels changed every day. Breakfast has 3 main choices with 3 or 4 side dishes. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Parking very good and food within a short walk.

Paid approx $24 Aus which included breakfast. The hotel is modern and bright. Clean and tidy. I stayed in the superior room which is standard I think. It was big and open with a small sofa. Bed was very comfortable and 2 pillows per person which I appreciate. Breakfast was a buffet. It had fruit, local Thai sweet and hot Thai dishes plus bread and jam. The dining room is very modern and relaxing. The staff throughout the hotel are very polite and helpful. I'll definitely be back.
