"Excellent hotel. Not far from the center, but located in the countryside near the river. Quiet, secluded, and clean. The staff is very friendly. The food is simply amazing. We ended up eating only here. If we're in Uralsk again, we'll stay here again. Thank you!"

"Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel, it doesn’t look much from outside but that is quite deceptive. The hotel has evidently been refurbished recently and all the rooms are clean and fresh and extremely comfortable. It is clear that the management have thought about the details and provided all that a traveller might require. I didn’t use the restaurant apart from breakfast which was more than adequate. Laundry service was impressive and came at no extra charge. Something that other hotels should think about, they usually cost an arm and a leg. Would happily return here."

"Przy przyjeździe, niestety nie odbiera, nie ma danych mobilnych (tylko możliwe, jeśli masz mapę telefoniczną na stronie) 4 zamknięte drzwi z kodem nie masz wcześniej, zagraniczny kraj, był scenariusz horroru. Dzięki Bogu, w jednym z pokoi, gościem, który mógł się skontaktować z właścicielem hotelu, był również w stanie się skontaktować i pomógł kontynuować. Pokój został zarezerwowany przez Trip.com Zapomniałem również mój lot na tej stronie, co było bardzo miłe i skomplikowane i zapłacone za PayPal. Potem przyszła młoda dama, aby zapłacić. Mówiono, że nie przybyły pieniądze i zawsze płacą w barze tylko w tym hotelu. Musiałem zapłacić w barze ponownie na miejscu i zmienić pieniądze wcześniej. Myślę, że to było gówno. Dlatego nie polecam tego hotelu. W przeciwnym razie pokoje hotelowe były nowo/modernizowane."

"The room smells bad. I can't even tell if it's smoky or coming from the kitchen. The curtains are dusty, and there's black hair in the shower that's definitely not mine. When you open the window, there's road noise. The receptionists and waiters are young and attentive. Maybe I just got unlucky with the room."

"Zajazd był późny w 20-45. Restauracja była otwarta do 21-00. Jechali z Rosji, bardzo zmęczeni w drodze samochodem i byli głodni. Cudowna dziewczyna na Recepshn-Diana, zrobiła dla nas wszystko, co w jej mocy. Dziękujemy jej za troskę 🙏 Zostaliśmy umieszczeni w walucie lokalnej bezpłatnie (wymiana została zamknięta). Restauracja nas nakarmiła, mimo że zostało nam 10 minut do zamknięcia 🙏. Borszch-Chud 🙌. Chcemy również wyrazić wdzięczność dla miłej dziewczyny z restauracji 🌸. Następnego dnia połączyliśmy się z 😉🙏... Podjęliśmy luksus, wszystko bardzo czyste, wygodne, przestronne i zmyślone. Personel jest uśmiechliwy, przytulny i uważnie! "Good 4-star Hotel. With parket in the room!!! All various amenities available. Also the strictly Italian restaurant is excellent. Most gentle staff. Palę papierosy i niestety nie ma wygodnej przestrzeni na zewnątrz, gdzie można siedzieć z drinkiem; tylko za wejściem lub za parkingiem stoi."

"Podobny hotel, kryty w mięty bieliznę, nie został zamieniony po innym gościu, nie było podłog w pokoju, 40 minut po zauważeniu, przeniesiono mnie do innego pokoju, ale nawet nie przeprosili. W łazience śmierdzi kanalizacją, słyszę straszne rzeczy, które się dzieje w sąsiednim pokoju."

"I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel people should be aware of my experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. The bed was extremely uncomfortable because the springs dug into my back, making it difficult to sleep. The rug in the room was very dirty, and the shower had orange stains in the corner that looked like mold or rust. The metal shower shelves were heavily rusted and didn't look safe to use. On my second day, the water was completely out for the entire day. When I asked the receptionist, I was told it could come back in a few hours, or even the next day. Having no running water for that long is unacceptable for a hotel. You can imagine the toilet, they simply had no other restrooms that had working water To make matters worse, when I checked out, they tried to charge me 2,000 tenge for a small crack in the plastic key holder. It already had that crack when they gave it to me, so I refused to pay for damage I did not cause. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service were very disappointing. I hope the hotel addresses these issues because future guests deserve better."
