"Our group stayed here only one night in transition to Aguas Calientes. Of all of the hotels we stayed at while in Peru, this is by far the best one!. Nice, modern, clean rooms, beautiful grounds, and the food was excellent! Breakfast was fantastic with many choices. The view from the dining room of the Andes was awesome. We couldn't believe the view while sipping on our morning coffee. We did not want to leave. Customer service was top notch - They were very helpful and friendly, even if we did not speak Spanish very well. Dinner the night before Probably the best meal we had while in Peru. I don't have the photos of the food that my friends ordered. But they ordered more traditional dishes. I wanted something quick and easy so I ordered a burger, which was great and perfect for late dinner with wine. We arrived after 8pm and were tired and hungry and they did not disappoint. I would stay here again in a heart beat!"

"Pobyt był cudowny! :) Pokój był wygodny, a woda ciepła! Śniadanie fantastyczne – nie ma nic lepszego niż chleb pszenny! Są tu duże tereny zielone, idealne dla rodzin lub grup przyjaciół, gdzie można grillować, grać w gry lub po prostu odpocząć. Zapewniono parking, więc nie ma się o co martwić, jeśli jedziesz samochodem. Następnym razem wybiorę się na dłuższy pobyt. PS Basen mógłby być podgrzewany."

"I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Ollantaytambo is a small, clean town with beautiful scenery and fresh air. The staff were very friendly and even gave advice in English on things like how to buy train tickets. They were extremely helpful, and I was very grateful for the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast, which included coffee, bread, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and freshly squeezed juice."

"The location was good, as was the service. However we left a padded jacket in our room when we checked out, which was our fault. The room next door was being cleaned so we assume ours was afterwards. We realised our mistake by 4 in the afternoon and let them know straight away, but the jacket had gone. A really pity and a real let down."
