Location of the hotel is excellent, surrounding by many convenient stores and restaurants, no need to worry about food and shopping. Facilities and cleanliness are also perfect. I cannot speak Chinese but the front ladies help a lot and support with the Baidu Translate, I really much much appreciated! If I have a chance to be there again, I won't look for another hotel except JinJiangInn. You made my trip so memorable, thank you! Xie Xie.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to the Grand Bazaar and Hotan Second Street. The hotel is newly opened. The decoration is simple and fashionable. I like the style. It is also very clean. The hotel is equipped with a gym and laundry room. The facilities are complete. The windows You can enjoy the scenery outdoors, and when winter comes you can see the snow-capped mountains. The airport pick-up service is really attentive, the Mercedes-Benz business airport pick-up was well arranged hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. For friends who come from afar, this service is really touching and convenient. I give the boss a thumbs up 👍 Maybe because the hotel is newly opened, the rooms have the smell of newly renovated rooms. If the smell can be dissipated more, it will probably be an excellent choice next time~

I visited this hotel for a total of 3 nights over a couple of weeks. Each time I arrived late and left early. So to be perfectly honest I cannot give a thorough review of the Hotel and Amenities. Check in was smooth, checking passports and health codes delays things, but it is a necessary requirement at the moment. My rooms were spacious, comfortable and well appointed. I had views over the suburbs and one over the nearby buildings. Breakfast was good quality buffet on the occasion I was able to eat. A wide variety of food options to suit all types of travelers. Do not anticipate a big plate of Bacon if you are expecting a Western full breakfast however. Swimming pool was closed according to a disappointed travel companion.Downstairs bar area was often unattended. But there is a shop in the parking area just outside to the left, selling basic soft drinks and beer and snacks, if you cannot get bar service. Check in staff were friendly. Bed comfortable, but others in my group complained ”too hard” or ”too soft” that really is a personal preference. Location, there is a huge shopping complex literally outside the hotel, cross the car park and enter a huge complex (you will be on the 5th floor) that caters for almost any need that I could think of. Restaurant area and night spots were a 10 - 15 minute ride away in a taxi. But there was what looked like a night market and Plaza at street level outside the hotel. I never got to check it out. If I stayed at Urumqi again I would probably choose a cheaper place closer to the airport. When all I needed was a bed the extra travel time and cost is not worth it. If staying several days I would choose this hotel again. That is honestly all I can contribute.

I chose this Orange Hotel to entertain friends when traveling to Ukraine. First of all, it has the advantage of location. There is a convenience store and restaurant downstairs, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. On the first day I checked in, I felt the service attitude of the hotel staff. It is really good. The staff are always great. The friendly and professional service with a smile left a deep impression on me. The decoration design in the room is very home-like. There are smart home and voice control systems. The facilities are complete, clean and tidy. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is also very delicious and is strongly self-service. recommend! ! ! The room is very clean and well-equipped. The hotel is in a good location. It is close to the West Park. You can enter the park from the West Xiaohongmen in the morning. The hotel is located in the city center, so it is very convenient to go anywhere, and the most important thing is that the hotel is located inside Wanda Plaza and Dehui Baby Plaza. Not only there are many delicious food, but it is also super easy to go shopping! The guy at the front desk, Mustapa (emphasis here, haha), is very warm and thoughtful in his service. He will talk to you seriously for a long time about any questions you may have. He also upgraded the room, which is really great. The room is clean, and the most satisfying thing is that it has a smart toilet, hahaha, and the temperature adjustment is quite comfortable. In short, it is very suitable for both business and family travel. I will choose the Mercure Hotel when I come back to Urumqi next time!

The hotel is very close to Wanda Plaza, only an 8-minute walk away. The hotel is very clean, and the waiter is very enthusiastic. The weather is hot and she gave us mung bean water and fruits. They accept foreigners and that’s a big plus. Great location, close to bazaar and main square just in front of the hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit old, but overall good place to stay for 1-2 nights

Hygiene: The room 618 that I stayed in for the first time was generally clean and tidy. After the room change, the washbasin in room 609 had a small amount of paper scraps and water stains. The toilet seat had traces of stickers and the fingernails could be detached. Environment: The Chinese-style background wall at the bedside and the overall color tone of the room are in line with the aesthetics of the older generation. There are low-frequency noise sources outside room 618, and the sound insulation of the room is weak. In room 609, you can hear 610 having a meeting at night. Service: Upon check-in, the front desk learned that I wanted to take a bath and proactively provided a bathtub cover. The switchboard service phone number asked if I was satisfied with the accommodation. I contacted the room lady to replace the humidifier and give me a bottle of water for personal needs. During the night room change process, we will cooperate with the transportation of luggage and items. The breakfast meal time was not mentioned during the check-in process at the front desk. The room attendant brought the bathtub cover but did not further lay it out for the guests. The front desk for changing rooms only made a room card. After being dissatisfied with the conversation next door, I had to wait for the service staff to go downstairs to collect the room card to open a new room. If I were the front desk, after receiving the guest's request for room change, if the room status allowed, I would make multiple room cards for the guest to choose a room. If necessary, provide multiple room types based on the on-site situation, or record the vacant room number.
