"WE WENT THERE TO CELEBRATE OUR 56TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. OLD BUILDING BUT EXCELLENT AMBIANCE AND NICE SHADED PARKING. THE ROOM WAS HUGE AND THE SHOWER WAS GOOD WITH NICE HOT WATER. THE BEST PART OF OUR STAY WERE THE EXCELLENT DINNERS WITH STEAK THE FIRST NIGHT AND LAMB CHOPS THE SECOND NIGHT COOKED TO PERFECTION. LOVELY THREE COURSE MEAL. WE FURTHER ENJOYED OUR OUTING TO THE SPIOENKOP BATTLEFIELD WHICH IS ABOUT 30KMS FROM THE LODGE."

"Ten przegląd jest stosunkowo obiektywny, że moja 20-ta podróż drogowa, w tym roku pobyt w 17 obiektach w 43 noclegu. Już wcześniej pobyt w niektórych innych luksusowych hoteli / hoteli Drakensberg. Łatwo znaleźć. Przyjazny, profesjonalny i wydajny personel w całym kraju, zwłaszcza jedna z kobiet „ręki na” właścicieli rodzin. Przestronny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony i wygodny dwustronny chalet z przyjemnym siedzącym na zewnątrz z widokiem na dobrze utrzymane grunty. Wygodne dziedziny publiczne były przestronne i dobrze wyposażone, ale do mojego gustu brakowało trochę starego świata/szkoły urok - ale to jest bardzo osobista opinia/preferencja. Podróżowałem do punktu wyglądu na szczycie w pobliżu Montusi przez galerię sztuki Bushmana. Nieco trudne w miejscach, zwłaszcza z gale dmuchawką na szczycie. Należy zauważyć, że wędrowcy mają rejestr wjazdu/wyjazdu do swoich ruchów. Inni, dłużsi goście, mieli przewodników i wycieczki zorganizowane w okolicznych górach przez bardzo pomocnych pracowników - zobacz moje wcześniejsze komentarze. "Zatrzymałyśmy się w drodze z północnego wybrzeża i naprawdę cieszyliśmy się naszym pobytem, ostatnim razem tu zamieszkaliśmy na początku 2000 roku i jest tak dobrze, jak pamiętam, że to było wtedy, od strażników bramy do check in i wszystkich pracowników między służbą Była niesamowita z uśmiechem na twarzach wszystkich. Zjedliśmy kolację w restauracji dwa razy i cieszyliśmy się jedzeniem. Zrobiliśmy wycieczkę, która była dobrze oznaczona i wyzwanie z widoków. Zostaliśmy w samodzielnej jednostce cateringowej 114, która była dobrze wyznaczona i czysta. Podobało nam się nasze pobyt i zostaniemy tam ponownie."

"The Drakensberg is truly one of the wonders of the world. The Lodge is well kept and pristine. There was some work being undertaken during our stay and seems they are expanding. During this time, we did not notice any construction noise before 8am and after 5pm. The are enough facilities on the lodge to keep you busy on the site. The Lodge is also well located in the area to explore other sites around the area. The Lodge has parking available - it is allocated per unit. The check in was quick and easy. Take extra few bags of wood with you if you like to light fires. They sell it at the reception. There is parking at your Unit - right outside. We had a self catering unit. The appliances were all new and modern. There was everything we needed. The rooms were all en-suite - well partitioned off - so each family member could retire to their room and get away and relax if they wanted to The cleaning service was fantastic and professional. The towels were great size. The Jacuzzi was an added bonus and great for relaxing after a day of hiking or tourism. Stop off at the Thokozani Tourism Info Centre and ask for advice on planning your trip around the area. They are such lovely people offering great insights and advice about routes. The journey between sites can be quite long. The SPA: Outstanding! There is an onsite spa. The team is fantastic and they have such a wonderful spirit of making you feel relaxed. Book in advance if you doing more than one massage. The service is professional and the massages were great. There is only one steam room so you share with your friends or family."

"Everything about Three Tree Hill is amazing. Melanie was super helpful when we made our reservation and any questions that came between then and our stay were all answered. On arrival we were greeted and had a lovely welcome drink. We arrived rather late as our flight had been delayed. We were shown to our room which was spacious and perfect for our 4 night stay. We didn't realise there was a nature reserve next door so we were very happy to see the game and chubby unicorns. The food was incredible, they love to feed. Everyday we were spoilt with delicious home made dishes, cakes and utter goodness. We did a couple of battlefield tours which were excellent. Rueben is a credit to the team and we loved hanging out with him on Spionkop. We had the pleasure of Simon & Reuben for our trip to Ladysmith. We loved the museum and seeing the different sites. We also enjoyed our walks on the property as well as the sundowners. It was a safari experience without the safari! Thank you so much for looking after us so well. We will never forgot it and we will always recommend you."
