"Hotel location is very good, right next to the docking harbour for cruises and there are a few car rental companies nearby. However, we arrived on a very busy day and they only had limited parking spots on a first come first served basis, so we had to park quite far away. The hotel lobby looked really grand, with coffee machines free for guests to use. Check in was quick and efficient. We quickly checked out the gym on 2nd floor, we didn't get to utilise it but the gym was very well equipped with Technogym equipment and even a squat rack! The room itself was clean and spacious, it was cloudy and rainy otherwise the view overlooking the docking port would have been fantastic. Buffet breakfast was another highlight, with lots of options and allergies / ingredients clearly labelled. Definitely try out their wide range of local cheeses, absolutely yummy!"

"Two bedrooms, one living room, one loft, five beds, we were shocked. The alarm clock at night⏰Do we take turns sleeping? hhhhhh Foreigners really stay in one place for many days on vacation, and then the hotel will feel like home. I envy our poor vacation, we have to count the time every day I especially like the kitchen, it feels like home"

"The cleanliness was very poor; I found a small clump of hair on the large pillow on the bed as soon as I checked in. The body lotion cap in the bathroom was broken, the pump dispenser was completely missing, so it was unusable. The shower gel bottle in the shower was almost empty by the first day. For some reason, the kitchen had no electricity, so the range hood and toaster didn't work. Aside from the view from the window, everything else was subpar."
