"Zarezerwowałem hotel online na podstawie opinii widziałem w ************, doradca podróży i strona internetowa hotelu. Strona internetowa hotelu i rezerwacja promowała ich najlepszy pokój jest 23m2, nie ma innych pokoi, i to samo zostało potwierdzone przez telefon, że wszystkie pokoje są tak samo na stronie internetowej. Po przyjeździe, by zobaczyć nieprzyjemny pokój hotelowy. Pokój- mały o 13-14 m2. Żywność- bardzo mała odmiana. Warzywa były najbardziej niesmażone warzywa, jakie kiedykolwiek smakowałem, które twierdzono, że są z gospodarstwa domowego. SPA jest daleko od nowoczesnych obiektów, położonych w piwnicy, w małych wielopokojach. Wszystko jest bardzo datowane. Nie ma lobby, gdzie można mieć kawę. Jedyną przyzwoitą rzeczą, o której mogę wspomnieć, jest basen. Niezależnie od tego, nie było nic specjalnego, aby podnieść wartość hotelu do poziomu cen bardzo dobry 4-gwiazdkowy hotel w Velingrad. Następnie dodano w internetu, jak dostępne w pokojach, nie było dostępne, lub w bardzo niskim stanie: - TV- bardzo niski sygnał, był zamrażający, bardzo nudny, - internet- bardzo niski, przesłanie/pobierz 4.46/0.84mbps, mierzony z ookland. - bezpieczny- bezpieczny - mini bar- nil, uszkodzony lodówka, niezałączony, kiedy załączyłem, czuł zapach na spalonej izolacji. - matryca była mniejszy (1.4m) na dużej bazie łóżka. - laminowany podłogę - w bardzo niskim stanie. - pokój miał 2 poduszki, a otrzymasz 2 poduszki, jeśli go poprosisz, a otrzymasz wiadomość poduszki, jeśli poprosisz dodatkowo. Hotel zazwyczaj wygląda bardzo-bardzo datowany. Wysoka cena za tanio."

"Very disappointing stay. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Any questions or requests were met with attitude instead of help. On top of that, the food was very poor quality — bland, poorly prepared, and nowhere near what you’d expect from a hotel. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unpleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I definitely won’t be returning."

"Old and dirty - this hotel has nothing to do with 5 Stars. The whole furniture and carpets are old and very dirty. The indoor pools are peeling off. The fitness center is basically not functionining (treadmill and cross trainer) and water is dripping from the ceiling. We had booked the highest category room in the hotel and had to change 3 rooms due to poor quality. In the first one the bath tub was peeling off and black and moldy; in the second one the air conditioning was as loud as a helicopter and not working and in the 3rd one there were blood stains on the bedding. This is when we gave up and cancelled the booking. While helping us move in between rooms the bellboy was moaning and complaining that we shall decide on a room and not make him work more while the cleaning lady was pissed when I asked her to change the missing light bulbs in the second room and slapped the door at us. Only the receptionist was nice but helpless, the customer relationship manager not managing cusotmer relationships and the hotel manager not existent which is probably why this place is falling apart. Stay away!"
