"This is a wonderful little hotel/hostel. Situated in the main square, above BlaBla restaurant (which seems to be the most popular place in town). Our room was huge with a lovely little balcony, overlooking the square and lake. Five rooms on our floor, sharing one female and one male bathroom, worked out well, with us not bumping into anyone else. The carpet was a bit worn, but we were impressed with the room for the price."

"We just stayed one night but that was enough. The room is clean, front desk very efficient and friendly and there is a small free parking. That’s for the good. Now.. .our room was ultra basic and small, bathroom is a micro plastic capsule. Insonorisation is absent. And the neighborhood is neither pleasant nor convenient. Admittedly this hotel is cheaper than others but for what I offers it is still was too expensive."

"It's very close to Vevey train station, just across the street from the exit, so there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops nearby, making it very convenient. The room we booked was quite large, and we easily accommodated our last-minute request for an extra bed. Our room also came with a kitchen, complete with cutlery, utensils, and a microwave. For Chinese people accustomed to hot water and hot meals, after the torment of cold bread and salads in German-speaking Switzerland, it was finally possible to buy cold food from the supermarket and heat it up in the room before eating. Haha… The bathroom was a bit dated; the air conditioning was probably a retrofit, so it had its own remote control, not a panel on the wall. The breakfast was simple, with limited options. If you wanted coffee, you had to ask the waiter, and they would brew a pot for you. It's very close to Vevey train station—just cross the road from the exit. So, there are plenty of surrounding supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops, making it quite convenient. The booked room is relatively spacious, and our temporary request for an extra bed was easily fulfilled. The room type we chose also comes with a kitchen, equipped with tableware, cooking utensils, and a microwave. For Chinese people who are used to drinking hot water and eating warm meals, after being "tortured" by all the cold bread and cold salads in the Swiss German-speaking region, it’s such a relief to finally be able to buy cold food from the supermarket, take it back to the room, and heat it up before eating. Haha... The bathroom facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner seems to be retrofitted too, so it has a separate remote control instead of being controlled by a panel on the wall. The breakfast is quite simple with not a lot of options. If you want coffee, you need to ask the waiter, and they’ll brew a pot separately."

"Rooms on the basement with no view, no air conditioning and as the doors are opening on a non secured place you can’t let the door open. Location is awful on a road which gives access to the freeway. I assume the rooms above have a better view and you also can leave the windows open. This place doesn’t belong to the Riviera or at least to the Swiss Riviera. This reminds me some places in Africa with all the respect I have for Africa. Paying more than 200CHF for such a room is just unacceptable . Our grand kids were expecting a different set-up for their first day of their vacation trip. You should feel ashamed to offer thes types of rooms !"

The space for the ceremony was perfect, the dinner afterwards was in the most beautiful ballroom. I cannot say enough about the staff and attention to every detail. As well, we were surprised at the cost of stay expecting it to be more."

"At first I didn't know why there were so many Chaplin contents in the hotel. Later I looked at Google Maps and found a statue of Chaplin by the lake. Although I didn't go to see it in the end. The hotel is quite satisfactory. Compared with other hotels, the bread for breakfast is particularly delicious. The hotel is located in a general way. The backyard layout is OK, as shown in the picture. I personally think the parking fee is too high. The parking lot is very sufficient"

"English Translation: “I stayed here after the Montreux Jazz Festival. With the Montreux Riviera Card provided to hotel guests, public transportation between Montreux and Vevey was free, which was very convenient. The hotel staff member, Frédéric, gave me a very warm welcome and kindly accommodated my request for an early check-in, which I had arranged by phone in advance. When I unfortunately sprained my ankle, he even lent me crutches and provided information about a nearby hospital, which was extremely helpful and much appreciated. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and although compact, it was very comfortable. Breakfast was delightful, with delicious croissants, seasonal fruits, ham and cheese, yogurt, and a selection of drinks. I was very satisfied. I would definitely love to stay here again when I return for the Montreux Jazz Festival.”"
