"This is a fantastic hotel which is ideally situated close to the lifts. The spa facilities at the hotel are first class. The rooms are spacious and are equipped with everything you would need. The food in the restaurant is very good with an excellent selection for both adults and children. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and a special shout out to Sergio in the bar and the lovely Helena in the restaurant, they are both an asset to the hotel."

Weren't serving evening meals, but loads of restaurants nearby"

"Właśnie wróciliśmy z letniego wakacji (przez Tui). Overall, hotel był bardzo dobry (z paroma problemami, patrz poniżej). Jedzenie jest styl bufetu i świetny dla dzieci. Na kolacji zawsze jest trochę sałatki, makaronu, chipsów, wraz z różnymi głównymi dziennie. Nie ma lunchu, ale można pakować lunch w czasie śniadania (zaopatrzone są torby). Udogodnienia-wiedzy, jest ładny mały basen w piwnicy z niektóre sauny w pobliżu. Również stolik tenisowy, ale nie spróbowaliśmy tego. Niewiele więcej. Latem otrzymasz darmową kartę letnią, która daje darmowy codzienny dostęp do pobliskiego świata wody, oraz małe rabaty w różnych miejscach (i 1 euro autobusów). Warto uzyskać 5 za 7 uganiania bilet online na Flying Mozart itp, trzeba to uzyskać z strony internetowej Space Snow i jest to najtańsza opcja nawet z letnią zniżką karty. Wiele wielkich podjazdów z góry uganiań. Teraz negatyw. Lokalizacja hotelu jest w Kirchboden, który jest na wzgórzu nad Wagrain "właściwy". Jeśli wejść do Wagrain to jest ogromne wzniesienie do tyłu, chyba że masz szczęście, aby synchronizować z bezpłatnym autobusem. Hotel jest w pobliżu Świata Wodnego i Flying Mozart, ale Podpoga Grafenberg jest w samym Wagrain. W przeciwnym razie było bardzo gorąco, gdy byliśmy tam i pokoje nie mają klimatyzacji lub wentylatora (który jest w porządku), Oznacza to, że w nocy chciałyśmy utrzymać drzwi balkonu otwarte, aby uzyskać jakąś przepływ powietrza. Jednak ludzie mogą palić na balkonach (po prostu nie w pokojach), co było bólem. Wreszcie, WiFi nie jest wielki w pokojach (więcej lepiej w jadalni). "We (parents and 12-jgood son) were allowed to spend 5 beautiful days at the hotel at the end of August. We are unrestlessly enthusiastic - the equipment is excellent, the staff very nice. We were literally read from our eyes all wishes. We have enjoyed especially the beautiful hall bath and the wonderful sauna landscape, great for children is also the Streichel Zoo, the playroom, playground and the indoor mini golf facilities."
