"Mieliśmy naprawdę wspaniały pobyt w Alpinie. Hotel jest wyjątkowo czysty, dobrze utrzymany i piękny prezentowany – nawet najmniejsze szczegóły i rogów są bezpłatne, co naprawdę odzwierciedla całkowitą jakość miejsca. Gospodarze byli absolutnie fantastyczne. Ciepłe, przyjemne i uczciwe, sprawiły, że czuliśmy się komfortowo od pierwszej chwili. Ich gościnność dodała osobisty dotyk, który sprawił, że pobyt był jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy. Jedzenie było doskonałe. Smaczne, dobrze przygotowane i wyraźnie wykonane z dbałości i wysokiej jakości składników. Był to coś, czego oczekiwaliśmy każdego dnia. Świetny obszar spa był również – relaksujący, czysty i idealny po dniu wyjazdu. Wszystko po prostu działało bez szwu, i można powiedzieć, że wiele myślów przeszło do tworzenia wspaniałego doświadczenia. Całkowicie wszystko było na górze. Miejsce, gdzie uwaga na szczegóły i prawdziwe gościnność naprawdę wyróżnia się. Z pewnością wrócę w przyszłym roku."

"A small family run hotel. Homely and comfortable and very well looked after by the staff. Fantastic location near Flying Mozart Lift (400m) and short walk down hill into village. Plenty of parking to rear and garden out the front. All very informal and relaxing. Continental Breakfast offering excellent, with variation each day. Weren't serving evening meals, but loads of restaurants nearby"

"We had a very relaxing time during our all-inclusive stay. The room was big enough, not huge but comfortable for the 4 of us. Very clean and well-serviced each day. We requested a balcony ahead of our arrival and got one without problems. The food was very varied and nice, if there was something we didn't like, there were other options to replace it. We loved the pool area and the terrace. The wellness area was also relaxing. Kids liked the interior playrooms, although the billiard (pool) table could be replaced or at least renewed and propper billiard cue sticks bought, as the ones that are there are worn out completely. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of activities for families with children. The reception and the restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. The Skybar waiter could have been friendlier, but the service overall was excellent. This was our second stay at the hotel and we would return again."

"We've just returned from a summer holiday (via Tui). Overall, the hotel was very good (with a couple of issues, see below). The food is buffet style and great for kids. At dinner, there's always some salad, pasta, chips, along with different mains per day. No lunch but you can pack a lunch at breakfast time (bags are provided). Facilities-wise, there's a nice little pool in the basement with some saunas nearby. Also a table tennis table but we didn't try this. Not much else. In the summer, you get a free summer card which gives you free daily access to the nearby Water World, and small discounts in various places (and 1 euro bus rides). It's worth getting the 5 for 7 gondola ticket online for the Flying Mozart etc, you need to get this from the Snow Space website and it's the cheapest option even with the summer card discount. Lots of great hikes from the tops of the gondolas. Now the negatives. The location of the hotel is in Kirchboden which is up on a hill above Wagrain "proper". If you go down into Wagrain then it's a hefty climb back up unless you're fortunate enough to sync with the free bus. The hotel is near the Water World and the Flying Mozart, but the Grafenberg gondola is down in Wagrain itself. Otherwise, it was very hot when we were there and the rooms have no aircon or fan (which is fine), meaning during the night we wanted to keep the balcony door open to get some airflow going. However, people can smoke on the balconies (just not in the rooms) which was a major pain. Finally, the wifi isn't great in rooms (much better in the dining area). Overall, we had a great time, many thanks to everyone in the hotel."

"We have just returned from a lovely week in Wagrain at the sport hotel. The hotel is wonderful with high end facilities, a number of nice swimming pools, great food and drinks good facilities for the children. It is very family friendly and a perfect base for days out in the mountains, climbing, walking, cycling and playing. I would highly recommend for a summer vacation. The staff were great, and very helpful in supporting with our lack of German! We will be back!"
