Despite these shortcomings, I still had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room service was prompt, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant. If the hotel can work on improving its location and amenities, it has the potential to become an even better place to stay. "This is not an 3.7 star hotel false advertisement not clean didn’t smell to good as well. I had to cancel this booking to go to another hotel cause the pictures were totally different from what I saw on the hotel. Definitely wouldn’t come back to that place needs upgrading"
