"When I walked into the room I was met with a stench. I viewed the room and it was a handicapped room with one full size bed. I reserved a room with a king size bed and a king size pullout couch. The room did not accommodate my family and I. I immediately left the room and went to the lobby to cancel the room because we were not comfortable in the room and I would rather sleep in the car for the night rather than subject my family to stay in that room. The receptionist told me that she would contact the the company that I used to book the room and have them cancel the room."
