"A+++++ is our score for this delightful property, unit 3 Banyan Place, Warrnambool. We booked in advance for a 5-night stay as a family of two adults and one 7 year-old child. The property was clean, well stocked with everything we could ever need (loved the surprise box of chocolates in the fridge waiting for us!) and the facilities were fabulous. The two balconies were beautiful - the front one we dined in and got a gorgeous view of the huge decorated pine tree with a multitude of fairy lights in the main street of Warrnambool and the back balcony we used to dry our clothes each day (washing machine and dryer were great!). The apartment was simply divine and a big plus were the large corner spa bath and the massage chair (couldn't get my husband off this! - he loved it!) Comfortable bed also. Glenda, who manages the property, was a great host and booking agent. Thank you so much for making for a wonderful holiday for us! We will be back! - The Darby Family"

"Booked at the last minute during peak season, nothing to complain about, just a typical old hotel. It's been renovated and looks decent overall. The location is great, and the indoor air quality and quietness are acceptable. In my opinion, a little over 4 stars is reasonable."
