"Absolute shambles. Walk into the hotel and made to pay for parking per day. Then get to the corridor after them mentioning the hotel was slightly flooded recently and it’s just fully stripped carpets and just concrete left. The whole hotel stank of damp and realistically everyone’s booking should’ve been cancelled until it was sorted. Then got to my room and it is just poor, sink drain plug was stuck shut so I couldn’t use a tap for 3 days (was raised to hotel staff but nothing was done) the bathroom is very outdated and damp smell. Through the 3 nights I stayed there the location of the hotel is very poor as any time you need to go to the shops or whatever you have to spend a minimum of an hour as it’s near nowhere unless you wanna pay service prices and little choices. In addition to that my room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Very poor hotel never ever coming back."

"As an individual traveler, I appreciate the hotel's proximity to my office, which is only a 10-minute walk. The hotel provides excellent amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator, which is fantastic. However, I was disappointed by the limited parking, the fact that some restaurants are closed on Tuesdays, and the non-functional sockets in my room, which prevented me from using the fridge, charging my devices, and even using the kettle. On the bright side, the staff is incredibly friendly. Vikas and a kind lady whose name I didn't catch were both very helpful in resolving the socket issue."

"To jest bardzo szczególny hotel w małym drewnianym domu! Jest to mały, ale wyposażony w łóżeczko (ale nie chłodnisko), dekorowany jest w stylu średniowiecznym i ogród jest bardzo staroświecki. Świetnie zielony i ładny, widać dzikich kąpieli i żarcie przy krawędziach. W parku są zabawy dla dzieci  oraz programy rozrywkowe na czas każdego dnia, dzieci bardzo lubią. Całkowicie dobrze. Mam tu świetny urlop z rodziną."
