"Service was horrible. Wrong things brought to our room three times. Was brought the wrong food three times. The lights went out at the water park twice resulting in everyone getting out of the water for 20-30 minutes each. It was so busy you couldn’t even go up the elevator with out waiting ten plus minutes each time. The floor was filthy. I could go on and on. Maybe on not such a busy holiday it might be fun, but it was horrible this time."

"The hotel management is, without a doubt, the worst I've encountered in all my years of business trips and travel. It was late on the night of my check-in, and I was ironing my clothes for a conference the next day. Unexpectedly, as soon as the iron touched my pants, it immediately scorched them. When I lifted the iron, I discovered a faulty part on it. I immediately called the front desk, and to my surprise, they expressed helplessness, stating that they couldn't provide an answer or solution until their manager came in the next day. Consequently, I had no choice but to wear jeans to the conference the following day. I thought that with my impeccable English, communicating with the hotel would lead to an apology and resolution. To my astonishment, the hotel's so-called two-tier management completely subverted my perception of this hotel and the hospitality industry. Firstly, not only did they offer no apology, but they also tried to gaslight me, which was absolutely infuriating. Not only is the hotel poorly managed, placing a dangerous iron in the guest room, but when a guest's clothes are damaged and evidence is provided, they can brazenly refuse to apologize or compensate, and even try to emotionally manipulate the guest – it's truly ironic. Therefore, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as they do not prioritize guest safety, nor do they treat guests with respect. In my anger, I contacted Trip.com customer service, and to my complete surprise, Trip.com intervened and negotiated with the hotel, resulting in a partial reduction of my room rate. While it wasn't enough to compensate for my pants and the impact on my conference attire, I genuinely felt Trip.com's professionalism, which deeply moved me while being overseas. I must give a big thumbs up to Trip.com!👍"
