"Has soon as I got into the room the TV wasn't working and there were no instructions on how to work it. When I tried calling the front desk to no one answered. I called several times and still no one answered. I had to finally walk down to the front desk to get someone to talk with. I was told how to get it to work and then was told I would have to this EVERY time I turned on the TV. I was also very disappointed the the "free breakfast." It was only pancakes, no other options or fresh fruit. I would have rather paid a bit more for a better experience. Wasn't worth the headaches."

"It's about 10 minutes drive to NASA. The hotel is quiet and there are few guests. The Hilton next door is also not doing well. I feel that it's better to stay on the island, which has a view and is much cheaper. I met three front desk staff in total. Except for a Latino girl who was very polite, the others were cold and didn't smile. The kitchen aunt was very kind. The laundry detergent cost 4 US dollars. The breakfast was not bad. There was a dishwasher in the room, and hot coffee and cocoa were available in the lobby. The hotel is relatively new."
