Premier Inn Wells (Somerset)

"We stayed for 1 night not one of our better stays at a Premier inn we won't be visiting again, check in was good, the breakfast chef was a lovely man, most off the staff were nice and pleasant. We had a steak in the onsite restaurant it was absolutely awful it was so tough it was inedible we were offered an alternative but to be fair we were put off by the evening meal. Not the best stay and we won't be back."

The Ancient Gatehouse & Rugantino Restaurant

"I loved the surroundings of this hotel. It's a truly medieval setting. There's a monastery right outside the entrance, which you can visit and is truly spectacular. There's also a castle-like ancient building surrounded by a moat with swans. The stairs to the rooms are quite interesting. Breakfast is made to order and is delicious. It includes bread, sausage, and scrambled eggs, as well as bacon and black pudding. Parking is available right outside the entrance. We arrived at 9 PM and left at 10:00 AM the next day. There was no charge for this time. If I were to visit Wells again, I would choose this hotel again. Thank you for your warm hospitality! It made you feel right at home."

"Currently staying at Beaconsfield, in The Stables, absolutely Perfect, very well decorated, Carol the Host has excellent taste, spacious, comfy, homely, peaceful. We have stayed in her other Rentals, Garden Cottages & Swallows Nest about 6 times, this one is definitely the Best. We would highly Recommend ⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars"

"Lovely traditional pub with old fashioned hospitality. Great food and large room with a comfy bed. Lovely couple who run it where nothing is too much trouble. Set in some lovely countryside. We had an evening meal and breakfast the next morning. "
