"The room was away from the sun and a fan had been put on prior to our arrival with our one year old daughter. The room was 30 degrees when we entered this did go down to 26 overnight with the windows open and the fan on. The bed was very hard and the heat didn’t help to get a good nights sleep. The location was quiet until about 5am which was nice. We had to ask for extra towels as only had 1 towel for 3 of us staying in the room. Nice shower. Television was very hit and miss with the signal. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Nice size car park. Nice selection of food at the garage from a greggs breakfast or Morrisons meal deal and the local pub was a nice walk up the road. I’d stay again and recommend to friends and family."

"When so many hotels are boutique and follow a similar deco the Two Bridges is refreshingly old fashioned. Very comfortable with lovely squishy leather sofas and chairs. And open fire and wood panelling adds to the feeling that you have stepped back in time. Friendly staff, Jocelyn on reception was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was quaint and very comfortable and the bathroom modern with lovely fragrant soap and towels that you can actually wrap around yourself. Perhaps the highlight of our stay was the wonderful food. Absolutely delicious and our breakfast in the morning was faultless and served by the very friendly staff. Will definitely return. The Two Bridges is a real gem...."

"Zarezerwowałem ten hotel na 3 noce na początku sierpnia dla siebie, mojego męża i naszych 2 psy. Zapłaciłem pełną kwotę, o którą prosiłem. Potrzebowaliśmy gdzieś relaksu na weekend. 24 godziny przed naszym przyjazdem otrzymałem telefon od Paula, nowego właściciela. Powiedział, że w hotelu nie ma obiektów. Nie ma restauracji, barów, nie ma salonu. Byłem naprawdę zdenerwowany, ponieważ potrzebowaliśmy „nie problemu” weekendu. Z tylko 24 godziny powiadomienia nie było czasu na alternatywne rozwiązania poza tym, że już zapłaciliśmy w pełni. Kiedy przybyliśmy o 3.30 pm hotel był zamknięty i nie mogliśmy się dostać. Zadzwoniłem do Paula kilka razy zanim odebrał. Pokój był czysty, ale dość podstawowy, nie telewizja. Paul powiedział nam, że gotowane śniadanie nie było dostępne. Dostarczył nam 2 łyżki porcji, 2 stare kroissanty, truskawki i jabłko i sasuma. Nie gotowane śniadanie widzieliśmy na ich stronie internetowej. Paul powiedział nam, że przejął hotel 3 tygodnie temu i miał pewne problemy i przemiana nie była gładka. Powiedziałem mu, jak bardzo byliśmy rozczarowani, ale on ciągle odnosił się do trudności, jakie doświadczył, czyli że nie został zapłacony przez poprzedniego właściciela za nasz pobyt. Próbujemy skontaktować się z poprzednimi właścicielami, ponieważ są odpowiedzialni za akceptację naszej rezerwacji, wiedząc, że sprzedaż hotelu trwała. Nie mogli oni zapewnić obietnic, które złożyły. Nasz weekend został zniszczony!"
