"The overall feeling of the hotel is OK. The feeling on the first day was good. On the second day, they said they would help us clean the room, but they didn't do it. The garbage was not taken away, so the feeling was not good. Also, last night, the child accidentally touched the fire switch, and everyone ran downstairs from upstairs.
