The only shortcoming was that there was no information from the hotel before arriving, which was puzzling. I had to actively find a way to contact the store to inform me. It would be perfect if this could be improved. However, this price is considered cheap here, so there is no need to worry about no one booking. Hi!"

"The room was clean and spacious, and the location was okay, about a 15-minute walk from Windermere Pier. However, I recommend not including breakfast; it's better to eat out. While there were plenty of options for breakfast, each person was limited to one, and the value for money was extremely poor (expensive and mediocre!). You had to text or contact the host to let them know about the next day's breakfast, as they finish shopping by 6 p.m. I had a problem getting breakfast prepared because I couldn't tell them what I wanted. They served me a few slices of toast and bacon and eggs. Even the toast wasn't fresh, and one slice had mold on it. I've lived in the UK before, so how could fresh bread from the previous night be moldy? Or were they using cheap, discounted supermarket bread? Either of these assumptions is a waste of time and will only lead to a negative experience. I asked for a refund for breakfast before we even used it, but the host told me that breakfast pre-ordered through the platform was not refundable because they had already prepared it and the room and meal charges were combined, making it difficult to separate them."
