Personel w hotelu był ciągle przyjazny i wyszedł z drogi, aby pomóc w cokolwiek potrzebowaliśmy, czy to lokalne zalecenia czy pomoc z planami na weekendy. Rozluźniona atmosfera hotelu była doskonała po długich dniach pracy, I jest jasne, że komfort i zadowolenie gości są tu priorytetem. Naprawdę doceniłem, jak bardzo uważne i zakwaterowanie pracowników było przez cały nasz pobyt. Jeśli odwiedzasz Windhoek dla biznesu lub rekreacji, bardzo polecam Hotel Uhland dla jego wielkiej usługi, czystości i przyjaznego zespołu"

The service was especially excellent; the front desk staff promptly resolved any issues I might have. Although I don't speak English, they were very patient and supportive. Thank you."

"We stayed here on the first day of our tour and again on the last. The rooms are fine and the breakfast is extensive. The garden is beautiful but could use some updating. Some chairs are broken and the pool looks dirty. The staff is helpful and friendly. We wanted to go into the “town” and they arranged a taxi service with Simon. He takes you there and picks you up because the guesthouse is too far to walk. We had lunch once. They have a small menu."

"We chose here to stay firstly because we wanted less city noise than our previous accommodation on Independence Avenue. We weren’t disappointed. It was very quiet and we were still able to walk into the CBD in 15 minutes. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly welcome and shown the lounge where we could wait, as we had arrived early. We enjoyed a complimentary coffee and relaxed for a short time. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Our early morning checkout went smoothly and a staff member was on hand to help with our bags and open the gate for the taxi. Highly recommend this little gem."

"We stayed at Eden Chalets (outside Windhoek) on 7 Sept 2024, on our way to Sesriem in the south of Namibia. We slept in Sable chalet, consisting of a kitchen, lounge (with TV), bedroom, en suite bathroom and a spacious veranda. We watched the match between the Springboks and the All Blacks at the bar / restaurant. Dinner was very tasty. Our stay there was very enjoyable and relaxing. We can honestly recommend Eden Chalets for more than one day's stay over. Win and Jose Vieira"
