Jako osoba ze słabym snem poprosiłem o cichy pokój, gdzieś na uboczu, a dostałem najgorszy możliwy, zaraz przy windach. Prosiłem o to zarówno przy dokonywaniu rezerwacji, jak i osobiście w recepcji, więc wygląda to na złośliwość... Poza tym kolacja (zdjęcie w załączniku) nie zawiera żadnego napoju, nawet wody."

"This is the first hotel I stayed in during my trip to Namibia. It is located in the downtown area of Windhoek. Although it is not a busy street, it is not far from the National Museum and the Lutheran Church, so it is convenient to go out. The hotel is not big, but there are free parking spaces. The hotel house is a bungalow with a moderate room, a large bed, simple but practical furniture, and shower facilities in the bathroom. The hotel staff is kind and considerate, and patiently explains the various facilities in the room and the service time of breakfast. What warms my heart is that the hostess at the front desk, when she learned that my passport was lost at the foreign exchange office at the airport, immediately contacted the airport and helped me find my passport. I was so excited that tears welled up in my eyes. This was a mistake I made on the first day of my trip to Africa. If it was really lost, it would cause a lot of trouble for the subsequent trip. Thank you again to the hostess at the front desk, God bless you!"

"Czułem się bardzo mile widziany, pokój był przestronny i czysty. Staff był bardzo pomocny, śniadanie było bardzo miłosne soku bar! Jedyną rzeczą, której nie lubiłem, było to, że pokój był zbyt ciemny. Nie ma odpowiednich świateł w pokoju sam oprócz lampy , sufitowe światła tylko wejście do pokoju, sprawiło, że jest zbyt ciemny w nocy, aby pakować torbę. Również basen wygląda słodko, ale jego rodzaj w restauracji tak niestety zarezerwowałem hotel, jak miałem nadzieję, aby korzystać basen w południe- ale ponieważ ludzie ubrani na napoje i kolację nie czułem się komfortowo."

"We stayed in this hotel twice, one night before the trip across Namibia and three nights after the trip. The main reason for this selection was location and quality. It is located not in the central part of Windhoek, but next to Avis City Office (just outside hotel area), so very convenient for people who rent the car there. We have got family room – two double rooms with internal connecting doors. Clean rooms, spacious, with kettle and coffee/tea set in each room. Bathrooms with showers and what was important for us – it was the only one hotel during our trip across the south part of Africa where the shower was not only fixed above the head but also had a pipe shower. The breakfast was very good, with a number of hot dishes and eggs / omelette station. Also for the evening dinner the restaurant is a good place with open space so everybody may look how the cooks are preparing the meal."

"I would not recommend this place due to the bad customer service. I had an employee drop the phone on me just for asking her name to know whom I was talking to. When trying to book my dinner I asked if I could be read what was in the menu and she explicitly asked if I wanted to read the menu out to her. To make matters worse on arrival , there were 2 bottles of used water showing that the room was not properly cleaned when the last person left. If you want a piece of mind.. stay clear of this place."

"Definitely not worth 5 stars! The entire building is extremely overdue. Broken chairs and sunbeds, mold running from the pools. The breakfast was very poor. Some fruit, white bread and yogurt without bowls to put it in. We had a good laugh about it and are glad we went out for a nice meal last night instead of eating here. The room was full of dead moths, but was okay for a night. Few staff walking around and those walking around can't even say hello."

"We were booked into this hotel by Wilderness, a luxury safari company for our last night before leaving Namibia. We were led in our room (room no 2). We were just ready to “jump” in our plunge pool when it knocked at our door. A really unfriendly staff member explained to us that we have to redress, pack our luggage and change to another room (room no 6), not as nice as room no 2, because she was mixing up names. We felt like second class people, no apologies, just the explanation that they made a mistake."

"This lodge is ideal for the beginning or end of a tour of Namibia. The welcome here at the Auas Safari Lodge was very warm, every employee was friendly and attentive to the guests. Since I was somewhat limited in my ability to walk, they were immediately willing to give me a room close to the pool and restaurant, thank you very much for that. The room is large and spacious, even equipped with a fireplace for colder days. Only the bathroom is a bit narrow and a bit awkward. Showering is only possible in a very high and narrow bathtub. When you sit on the toilet you hit the bathtub. A bit inconvenient. But the friendly staff makes up for it with their friendliness and makes the stay very pleasant. We would love to spend a few days here again at any time"

The room is generally clean and sanitary conditions need to be improved. The bed comfort was average and sleep quality was okay.
