"Our stay at the hotel Astenturm did not meet our expectations. Two days before arrival we received a message that check-in at the Dorint Hotel in Winterberg was made. Hotel is about 4 km from the Astenturm. At the arrival at the Astenturm there was no staff member who was powerful in the German language.
